Claims (10)
- Verbinder zum Aufbringen in der Steckrichtung auf einen Pol einer Batterie, insbesondere eine 42 V Batterie bestehend aus:einem Kontakt (1) mit einem Verbindungsbereich (2) zur Verbindung mit einem elektrischen Leiter (5) und einem Kontaktbereich (3), zur Kontaktierung des Pols der Batterie,und aus einem Gehäuse (9) zur Aufnahme des Kontaktes (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verbindungsbereich (2) und Kontaktbereich (3) um 90° zueinander abgewikkelt sind und dass das Gehäuse (9) eine seitliche Öffnung (95) aufweist, durch die der Kontakt (1) senkrecht zur Steckrichtung in das Gehäuse (9) einschiebbar ist.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontakt (1) im Gehäuse (9) verrastet.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Kontakt (1) ein Fenster (8) und am Gehäuse (9) ein Rastarm (82) mit Rastnase vorgesehen ist, die mit dem Fenster (8) zusammenwirkt.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontakt (1) einteilig ausgebildet ist.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktbereich (3) des Kontaktes (1) zumindest zwei Kontaktfederarme (31,32) aufweist, die am einen zu einem Rahmen geformten Streifen (33) angebunden sind.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (33) mittels eines schwalbenschwanzähnlichen Verschlusses (34) zum Rahmen geformt ist.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontakt (1) eine senkrechte zur Steckrichtung abgewinkelte Schulter (6) aufweist, die mit entsprechenden Wandungen des Gehäuses (9) zusammenwirkt.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das aussen am Gehäuse (9) ein Hebel (10) mit einem Zahnradabschnitt (111) vorgesehen ist, der mit einer Zahnstange am Gehäuse der Batterie zusammenwirkt zur Reduzierung der Steckkräfte.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (10) 1-förmig ausgebildet ist mit zwei an den freien Enden angebrachten sich um eine gemeinsame Achse drehenden Zahnradabschnitten (111).
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (10) in Endstellung am Gehäuse (9) verrastet.
