Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Papiermaschine zur Herstellung einer Papierbahn (1) mit einem Former zur Blattbildung, einer folgenden Pressenpartie zur Entwässerung und einer sich anschließenden Trockenpartie zur Trocknung der Papierbahn (1).
Ausgehend davon soll mit möglichst geringem Aufwand eine gute Qualität der Bahnränder am Ende der Papiermaschine dadurch gewährleistet werden, daß zumindest im Bereich der Pressen-und/oder Trockenpartie beidseitig wenigstens je ein Randstreifen (2) von der Papierbahn (1) getrennt und abgeführt wird.
