Claims (14)
- Spannring (1) zum Verschließen eines Behälters (16) mit einem Deckel (15), mit einem im Querschnitt allgemein V-förmigen, offenen Ringkörper (1'), dessen freie Endabschnitte (2, 3) zumindest im geschlossenen Zustand des Spannrings (1) einander überlappen, wobei an dem einen freien Endabschnitt (3) ein Spannhebel (4) schwenkbar gelagert ist, an dem ein Verbindungsarm (5) angelenkt ist, um beim Schließen des Spannrings (1) den anderen Endabschnitt in Richtung des einen Endabschnitts zu ziehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsarm (5) und der andere Endabschnitt (2) zusammenarbeitende Eingriffsteile (8,9;8',7';8'',7) für einen gegenseitigen formschlüssigen Eingriff beim Schließen des Spannrings (1) aufweisen, wobei als Eingriffsteile zumindest ein Eingriffsvorsprung (8;8';8'') und zumindest eine Eingriffsöffnung (9;7) vorgesehen sind.
- Spannring nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am anderen Endabschnitt (2) als Eingriffsteil ein radial vorstehender brückenartiger Bügel (7) vorgesehen ist.
- Spannring nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügel (7) durch Ausstanzen und Aufbiegen gebildet ist.
- Spannring nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügel (7) mit einem vom Spannhebel (4) weg gerichteten haken- oder nasenförmigen Eingriffsvorsprung (8) ausgebildet ist, wogegen der Verbindungsarm (5) die zumindest eine Eingriffsöffnung (9) aufweist.
- Spannring nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsarm (5) mit einer Befestigungslasche (6) unter dem Bügel (7) hindurchgreift.
- Spannring nach Anspruch 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eingriffsvorsprung (8) in der Eingriffsstellung in die Eingriffsöffnung (9) radial einwärts umgebogen ist.
- Spannring nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eingriffsvorsprung (8) in der Eingriffsstellung mit einem Rand der Eingriffsöffnung (9) verrastet ist.
- Spannring nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsarm (5) bzw. dessen Befestigungslasche (6) für ein selbsttätiges federndes Einrasten des Eingriffsvorsprunges (8) in die Eingriffsöffnung (9) mit dem Ende vom offenen Ringkörper (1') weggebogen ist.
- Spannring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffsöffnung (9) trapezförmig ist, wobei die kürzere der beiden parallelen Trapezseiten vom Spannhebel (4) abgewandt angeordnet ist.
- Spannring nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsarm (5) zumindest eine vorspringende Eingriffsnase (8') als Eingriffsteil zum Eingriff mit dem Bügel (7) aufweist.
- Spannring nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffsnase (8') durch Ausstanzen und Ausbiegen gebildet ist.
- Spannring nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine sägezahnartige Eingriffsnase (8') am Verbindungsarm (5) geformt ist.
- Spannring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Sicherung des Spannhebels (4) im geschlossenen Zustand in an sich bekannter Weise ein Splint (11) vorgesehen ist, der durch Öffnungen (10) im Spannhebel (4) und durch eine fest am einen Endabschnitt (3) angebrachte Lasche (12) hindurchgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung (13) zum Schließen eines Spannrings (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 zum Verschließen eines Behälters (16) mit einem Deckel (15), wobei der Spannring (1) im geschlossenen Zustand den Deckel (15) mit einem schrägen Schenkel (14) seines V-Querschnitts gegen eine Rollung (17) des Behälters (15) drückt, und die Eingriffsteile (8, 9) am mit dem einen Endabschnitt (3) über den in der Schließstellung befindlichen Spannhebel (4) verbundenen Verbindungsarm (5) bzw. am anderen Endabschnitt (2) selbsttätig in Eingriff gebracht werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere um den Behälter (15) kreisförmig, in regelmäßigen Abständen angebrachte zapfenförmige Schließteile (19) vorgesehen sind, die sich nach unten hin konisch verjüngen und beim Absenken relativ zum Behälter (15) den Spannring (1) radial zusammendrücken, um die beiden Endabschnitte (2, 3) übereinander zu schieben.
