Abstract

Das Verkleben flächiger Materialien zwischen zueinander gerichteten Trumen (21, 22) übereinander angeordneter Gurtförderer (15, 16) erfolgt üblicherweise unter Anwendung von Hitze und Druck. Es gibt aber druckempfindliche Materialien, die beim Verkleben nur mit geringem Druck beaufschlagt werden dürfen. Hier kann schon das Gewicht des durchhängenden Trums (21) des oberen Gurtförderers (15) zu einer übermäßigen Druckbelastung und eine dadurch hervorgerufene bleibende Verformung der Materialien führen. Die Erfindung löst das genannte Problem dadurch, dass das sich über den zu verklebenden Materialien befindliche obere Trum (21) berührungslos, bspw. mit Saugdüsen oder Magneten, hochgehalten wird. Der Durchhang des Trums (21) wird dadurch beseitigt und eine unerwünscht hohe Druckbeanspruchungen der zu verklebenden Materialien vermieden. Durch das berührungslose Hochhalten des Trums (21) stören die dazu erforderlichen Saugdüsen oder Magnete nicht.
