Claims (20)
- Flächeneinheit für Verpackungen mit einem Grundkörper (11), welcher sich im wesentlichen flächenmäßig erstreckt, sowie mit Verstärkungsrippen (14), welche auf diesem Grundkörper (11) angeordnet sind.
- Flächeneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Flächeneinheit (1) einstückig gefertigt ist.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flächeneinheit (1) aus Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Polyethylen oder Polypropylen, besteht.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flächeneinheit (1) ein Spritzgußteil ist.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flächeneinheit (1) gewölbt gestaltet ist.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flächeneinheit (1) hohlkugelsegmentförmig gestaltet ist.
- Flächeneinheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsrippen (14) auf der Innenseite (12) des Hohlkugelsegments angeordnet sind.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (11) im wesentlichen eine konstante Dicke aufweist.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Verstärkungsrippen (14) im wesentlichen zwischen 5% und 300% der Dicke des Grundkörper (11) beträgt.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Flächeneinheit (1) und/oder des Grundkörper (11) kleiner als 3 mm ist.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Verstärkungsrippen (14) kleiner als 3 mm ist.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstände zwischen unterschiedlichen Verstärkungsrippen (14) größer sind als die Längs- und/oder Querausdehnung der an diese jeweiligen Abstände angrenzenden Verstärkungsrippen (14).
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenräume (16) zischen den Verstärkungsrippen (14) wenigstens 50% des Grundkörper (11) bedecken.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flächeneinheit (1) und/oder der Grundkörper (11) wenigstens einen Bereich aufweist, in welchem wenigstens 5 Zwischenräume (16) pro cm2 angeordnet sind, wobei diese Zwischenräume (16) jeweils zwischen Verstärkungsrippen (14) angeordnet sind.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flächeneinheit (1) unterschiedlich gestaltete Verstärkungsrippen (14) aufweist.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsrippen (14) gitterförmig auf wenigstens einer Seite des Grundkörper (11) angeordnet sind.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Verstärkungsrippen (14) kreisbogenförmig erstrecken.
- Flächeneinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsrippen (14) derart auf dem Grundkörper (11) angeordnet sind, daß entlang einer zentralen Achse (22) des Grundkörper (11) in zumindest einer Richtung keine Hinterschneidungen gegeben sind.
- Verpackung, welche eine Flächeneinheit (2) gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
- Verwendung einer Flächeneinheit (2) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18 für einen Deoroller, und zwar insbesondere für eine Deorollerkugel.
