Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Pulverbeschichtungsverfahrens, mit einem Gestell (1), wobei an dem Gestell (1) mittels des Pulverbeschichtungsverfahrens zu beschichtende Werkstücke (2) anbringbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (1) eine Antihaftbeschichtung aufweist, die die Anhaftung von für das Pulverbeschichtungsverfahren vorgesehenem Pulver an dem Gestellt (1) verringert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Gestell (1) anhaftendes Pulver mechanisch von dem Gestell (1) entfernbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Gestell (1) anhaftendes Pulver von dem Gestell (1) mittels eines Hochdruck-Wasserstrahls, vorzugsweise mit einem Wasserdruck von über 80 bar, entfernbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antihaftbeschichtung eine Glaskeramik aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Antihaftbeschichtung vollständig von der Glaskeramik gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Antihaftbeschichtung 60 bis 80 µm beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antihaftbeschichtung nach dem Aufbringen auf das Gestell (1) bei einer Temperatur größer oder gleich 375 °C behandelt worden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (1) für die Durchführung des elektrostatischen Pulverbeschichtungsverfahrens vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Pulverbeschichtungsverfahrens, mit einem Gestell (1), wobei an dem Gestell (1) mittels des Pulverbeschichtüngsverfahrens zu beschichtende Werkstücke (2) anbringbar sind, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (1) einen Trägerstamm (3) und eine Wechseltraverse (4) aufweist, die zu beschichtenden Werkstücke (2) an der Wechseltraverse (4) befestigbar sind und die Wechseltraverse (4) mit an dieser befestigten und zu beschichtenden Werkstücken (2) mit Hilfe eines Schnellwechselmechanismus an dem Trägerstamm (3) befestigbar bzw. von dem Trägerstamm (3) entfernbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schnellwechselmechanismus ein Scharnier (5) mit zwei zueinander verschwenkbaren und voneinander lösbaren Bauteilen (6, 7) aufweist, daß das eine Bauteil (6) an dem Trägerstamm befestigt ist, und das andere Bauteil (7) an der Wechseltraverse befestigt ist und daß ein Lösen der beiden Bauteile (6, 7) des Scharniers (5) voneinander nur in einem aus der Senkrechten verschwenkten Zustand des an der Wechseltraverse (4) befestigten Bauteils (7) des Scharniers (5) möglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu beschichtenden Werkstücke (2) an der Wechseltraverse (4) mit Hilfe von Haken (8) befestigbar sind.
