Definitions
- the invention relates to a universal cleaning device for ceramic articles in which any shaped ceramic articles can be cleaned at the edges.
- the ceramic articles are the Cleaning device automatically fed on a feeder and after cleaning on a Removal removed from the cleaning device.
- Cast or pressed ceramic articles must undergo a cleaning process after they have been shaped undergo, in which the edges of the ceramic articles are processed.
- Corresponding cleaning devices are known in which either round, i.e. rotationally symmetrical ceramic articles or asymmetrical ceramic articles this Be subjected to cleaning processes.
- the presses or casting devices are then the assigned to respective protective devices.
- Rotationally symmetrical ceramic articles are generally handled by a conveyor with corresponding recordings and the corresponding cleaning stations fed, in which the edges of the parts sanded, wet and dry sponged are etc. From DE 100 07 700.5 is a method and such a device for Machining the edges of rotationally symmetrical ceramic articles known.
- Ceramic articles For processing the edges of non-rotationally symmetrical, i.e. asymmetrical Ceramic articles are generally used programmable cleaning robots that the Hold ceramic items with an appropriate holder and according to the Guide the programmed movement sequence for cleaning the edges past the cleaning stations.
- the shape of the ceramic articles is specified or the cleaning devices are adjusted to the shape of the ceramic articles to be cleaned.
- the cleaning device fails. In a production facility, in which ceramic articles with different shapes have to be manufactured this means that there is an increased proportion of cleaning equipment, otherwise there will always be some except Are operating ..
- the cleaning device should automatically be on the to be cleaned Set ceramic items.
- the universal cleaning device contains one round transport table with holders for holding rotationally symmetrical Ceramic items and a programmable cleaning robot with shots for holding Ceramic articles with a non-rotationally symmetrical shape in the center of the round Transport table.
- a device for Detect the shape of the ceramic article is provided.
- switchable drive is present, which on the round when recognizing rotationally symmetrical ceramic articles Transport table is coupled, and when not recognizing ceramic items rotationally symmetrical shape is coupled to the programmable cleaning robot, wherein a rotationally symmetrical ceramic article during its processing on the individual Cleaning stations are held at the intake of the round transport table, and one is not rotationally symmetrical ceramic article during its processing on the individual Cleaning stations is held on the recording of the programmable cleaning robot.
- the universal cleaning device for ceramic articles of any shape can be used in another Solution of the task be designed so that a round transport table with recordings for Holding rotationally symmetrical ceramic items is present in the center of the round transport table for each cleaning station an associated programmable cleaning robot with holders for holding ceramic articles with a non-rotationally symmetrical shape is present that a device for Detecting the shape of the ceramic article is provided that a switchable drive is present, which recognizes rotationally symmetrical ceramic articles on the round ones Transport table is coupled, and when not recognizing ceramic items rotationally symmetrical shape is coupled to the programmable cleaning robots, with a rotationally symmetrical ceramic article during its processing on the individual Cleaning stations is held at the intake of the round transport table, and one is not rotationally symmetrical ceramic article during its processing on the individual Cleaning stations on the receptacle of the corresponding programmable cleaning robot is held, and that a transfer for non-rotationally symmetrical ceramic articles to and is provided by the individual cleaning robots.
- the programmable cleaning robots can return to reset the programmable cleaning robot to accommodate the next non-rotationally symmetrical one Have ceramic items.
- the first proposed solution is a programmable one Cleaning robot for cleaning a non-rotationally symmetrical ceramic article on all Cleaning stations used, i.e. the ceramic article is made with the help of the programmable cleaning robot removed from the feeder and successively without that it is removed, processed in the cleaning stations. After editing in the last one The cleaning station transfers the ceramic article to the outlet and the programmable one Cleaning robot is returned to the starting position, but not the next one take over rotationally symmetrical ceramic articles for cleaning.
- the universal cleaning device has for each cleaning station a programmable cleaning robot.
- the recording takes place in front of the first cleaning station the first programmable cleaning robot a non-rotationally symmetrical ceramic article and leads it to the first cleaning station.
- this ceramic article the handover for the next programmable cleaning robot, the first Programmable cleaning robot returns to the starting position and takes over the next one Ceramic articles to be processed in the first cleaning station, while the previous one does not rotationally symmetrical ceramic article is processed in the second cleaning station.
- the productivity of the cleaning device can be increased considerably. As a handover each a holder of the round transport table between two programmable Serve cleaning robots.
- a ceramic article of any shape ie a ceramic article with an arbitrary course of the edges
- a device for determining the shape of the ceramic article scans the shape and transfers the data, if the ceramic article is not rotationally symmetrical, to the cleaning robot.
- the drive is coupled to the round transport table when a rotationally symmetrical ceramic article is detected and to the cleaning robot when a non-rotationally symmetrical ceramic article is detected. Accordingly, the unplastered ceramic article is either taken from the holder on the round transport table or the holder on the cleaning robot, ie from the holder that is moved in each case.
- the cleaning robots evaluate the data transferred by the device for determining the shape of the ceramic article and, if there is only one cleaning robot, it leads the ceramic article to the individual cleaning stations in accordance with the program. If there is a programmable cleaning robot for each cleaning station, the first cleaning robot takes over a ceramic article, leads it to the first cleaning station, hands it over to the handover, drives back and fetches the next ceramic article. During this time, the first ceramic article is taken over by the second programmable cleaning robot. This leads the non-rotationally symmetrical ceramic article to the second cleaning station etc. If the device for recognizing the shape of the ceramic article detects a rotationally symmetrical ceramic article, the ceramic article is received by a receptacle of the round transport table.
- the ceramic article remains on this holder during the entire cleaning process at the individual cleaning stations. In this way, all the receptacles of the round transport table are successively occupied with rotationally symmetrical ceramic articles, which are removed after they have passed through all cleaning stations and are discharged to remove the cleaned ceramic articles.
- the proposed solution becomes a crucial cleaning problem differently shaped ceramic parts solved.
- the universal cleaning device accordingly can not only be used for any presses and casting devices of ceramic articles, their advantage also results from the automatic detection of the shape of the pressed or cast ceramic items.
- the Number of different cleaning devices required in a corresponding one This can significantly reduce manufacturing.
- Another advantage is that existing in a manufacturing process Cleaning devices either for rotationally symmetrical or for non-rotationally symmetrical Ceramic articles for universal cleaning devices according to the present invention can be upgraded.
- Fig. 1 is a universal cleaning device for ceramic articles of any shape according to the present invention, in the rotationally symmetrical ceramic article 9 be cleaned, shown.
- the round transport table 4 has receptacles 6 for holding rotationally symmetrical ceramic article 9.
- three programmable cleaning robots 5 with 7 recordings Keeping non-rotationally symmetrical ceramic articles 10 in place.
- On the round Transport table 4, three cleaning stations 3 are arranged.
- At the feeder for unplastered Ceramic article 1 is a device 8 for recognizing the shape of the ceramic articles 9, 10 intended.
- a switchable drive becomes more rotationally symmetrical when it is recognized Ceramic article 9 on the round transport table 4 and when not recognizing rotationally symmetrical ceramic article 10 coupled to the programmable cleaning robot 3.
- the operation of the universal cleaning device is controlled in this case so that the Drive is coupled to the round transport table 4 and the rotationally symmetrical Ceramic parts 9 are taken from the recordings 6.
- the rotationally symmetrical Ceramic articles 9 are during processing at the individual cleaning stations 3 at the Recording 6 of the round transport table 4 held. Is editing in all Cleaning stations 3 completed, the cleaned ceramic articles 9 of the discharge 2 to hand over.
- Fig. 2 is the same universal cleaning device for arbitrarily shaped ceramic articles as in 1, with the difference that ceramic articles 10 which are not rotationally symmetrical to be edited.
- the switchable drive is therefore not recognized when the rotationally symmetrical ceramic article 10 coupled to the programmable cleaning robot 5.
- the round transport table is out of order.
- Each between two programmable Cleaning robot lying recordings 11 serve as the transfer of ceramic items 10 from one Cleaning robot 5 to the next.
- the non-rotationally symmetrical ceramic articles 10 are during processing at the individual cleaning stations 3 on the receptacle 7 of the associated programmable cleaning robot 5 and held by the last programmable cleaning robot 5 passed to the outlet 2.

Abstract
