  • hinged lid closures over, for example, screw cap closures are known.
  • hinged lid closures are quick, easy and one-handed operation.
  • the hinged lid also remains after opening on the packaging attached so that it can not get lost.
  • a known package with hinged lid closure contains e.g. a container body respectively. a tube tube and an opening containing and by welding or sealing to the tube tube end attached and separately manufactured headboard made of polyethylene.
  • the headboard is usually with a screw thread for attaching a hinged lid closure equipped with the hinged lid closure on the Head part of the packaging tube is screwed on.
  • the positive connection between Packaging container and hinged lid closure allows the individual design of the individual packaging elements with regard to the materials used.
  • the described packaging tube is expensive to produce but with the tube, the headboard and the hinged lid closure at least three made separate parts and in additional process steps to a complete Packaging tube are merged.
  • EP 496 704 B1 describes a packaging tube with a tube tube and a headboard.
  • the tubular body consists of a three-layer composite laminate with an intermediate layer or film with barrier effect against gases and water vapor, Planked on both sides with layers of polyethylene.
