Claims (4)

  1. Module de lubrification pour un moteur à combustion interne, constitué d'un élément de support, d'une pompe à huile intégrée à l'élément de support, d'un filtre à huile raccordé à l'élément de support et d'au moins un régulateur de pression,
    l'élément de support (10) en matière plastique recouvrant une zone de bride du moteur à combustion interne et le carter de la pompe à huile (12) étant disposé dans cette zone de bride au niveau de l'élément de support (10),
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un vilebrequin (39) du moteur à combustion interne traversant le module de lubrification et la pompe à huile est configuré vers l'extérieur avec une bague d'étanchéité (28) maintenue dans une bride et constituée d'une lèvre d'étanchéité et/ou antisalissure en PTFE (30) et d'un joint d'étanchéité en silicone injecté (29) pour l'isolation étanche axiale du vilebrequin.
  2. Module de lubrification selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le filtre à huile de carter (21), sa cartouche filtrante non métallique, la conduite d'arrivée de liquide brut, la conduite d'évacuation de liquide propre sont intégrés à l'élément de support (10).
  3. Module de lubrification selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un refroidisseur d'huile traversé par le liquide de refroidissement du moteur à combustion interne est intégré dans l'élément de support (10) ou lui est raccordé.
  4. Module de lubrification selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la pompe à huile (12) est une pompe à engrenages intérieurs intégrée dans l'élément de support (10) dans une pièce plate et en forme de bride (13) moulée sous pression en aluminium.
