Description
Claims (7)
- Einrichtung zur Zuführung von großkalibrigen Geschossen zu einer schweren Waffe, insbesondere in einer Panzerhaubitze, bei welcher die Geschosse von einem mit einem Greifer versehenen Geschoßtransporter in eine Bereitschaftsschale eingelegt werden, die in horizontaler Richtung auf einer Führungsbahn verschiebbar und um eine an ihrem einen Ende angeordnete horizontale Schwenkachse in eine im wesentlichen vertikale Stellung nach oben schwenkbar ist und aus der die Geschosse an eine Ladeschale übergeben werden, die am freien Ende eines um den Schildzapfen der Waffe schwenkbaren Geschoßübergabearmes angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch eine an der Bereitschaftsschale (1) angeordnete Vorrichtung zum Abbremsen und Festhalten eines in die Bereitschaftsschale eingelegten Geschosses (GS) in axialer Richtung mit einer Geschoßauflage (3) an dem der Geschoßspitze zugeordneten Ende (1.1) der Bereitschaftsschale (1) zur Abstützung des in die Bereitschaftsschale eingelegten Geschosses im Bereich der Ogive, wobei die Geschoßauflage (3) auf einem gegen Federkraft absenkbaren Stützhebelgestänge (4 - 5) angeordnet ist, dessen Absenkbewegung während einer vorgegebenen Wegstrecke der Bereitschaftsschale (1) auf der Führungsbahn (2) mittels einer Sperrvorrichtung verriegelt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützhebelgestänge als Kniehebelsystem ausgebildet ist mit einem ersten Abstützhebel (4), der schwenkbar im Bodenbereich der Bereitschaftsschale (1) angelenkt ist und sich in Einlegerichtung des Geschosses und schräg nach oben verlaufend erstreckt und an dessen freiem Ende die Geschoßauflage (3) angeordnet ist, und einem zweiten Abstützhebel (5), der an seinem einen Ende (5.1) gelenkig mit dem freien Ende (4.2) des ersten Abstützhebels (4) verbunden ist und sich in Einlegerichtung des Geschosses und schräg nach unten verlaufend erstreckt und dessen anderes Ende (5.2) über die Sperrvorrichtung in axialer Richtung verschiebbar mit der Bereitschaftsschale (1) im Bodenbereich verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrvorrichtung eine am anderen Ende (5.2) des zweiten Abstützhebels (5) angeordnete Sperrklinke (5.3) aufweist, die auf zwei mit Abstand voneinander in axialer Richtung angeordneten Gleitbahnen (6) aufsitzt, zwischen denen eine Sperrzahnstange (7) derart anheb- und absenkbar angeordnet ist, daß in der abgesenkten Stellung die Sperrklinke (5.3) auf der Gleitbahn (6) verschiebbar angeordnet ist, während sie in der angehobenen Stellung in die Sperrzahnstange (7) eingreift, so daß das Kniehebelsystem verriegelt ist, wobei die Stellung der Sperrzahnstange (7) durch die Bewegung der Bereitschaftsschale (1) gesteuert ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrzahnstange (7) auf einem in einer Ausnehmung des Bodens (1.2) der Bereitschaftsschale (1) anheb- und absenkbar gelagerten und zusammen mit der Bereitschaftsschale in axialer Richtung verschiebbaren Gleitschuh (8) angeordnet ist, der bei der axialen Bewegung der Bereitschaftsschale mit seiner Unterseite auf eine fest unterhalb der Bereitschaftsschale angeordnete Steuerleiste (9) aufläuft und wieder von ihr abläuft und dabei gegen die Kraftwirkung eines Federelements (14) angehoben und abgesenkt wird.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gleitschuh (8) über eine gegen die Kraft einer Druckfeder (8.2) an ihn andrückbare Gleitkufe (8.1) auf der Steuerleiste (9) aufsitzt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf das Kniehebelsystem (4 - 5) nach oben ausgeübte Kraft auf der Wirkung von im Bereich der Gelenkverbindungen (10, 12) angeordneten Federelementen (11, 13) beruht.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch eine an der Bereitschaftsschale (1) angeordnete Vorrichtung zum Festhalten eines in die Bereitschaftsschale eingelegten Geschosses in radialer Richtung beim Hochschwenken der Bereitschaftsschale mit einem um eine in axialer Richtung verlaufende Achse (D) schwenkbaren, zweiarmigen Schwenkhebel (15.1 - 15.2), dessen erster Arm (15.1) derart anschwenkbar ist, daß er das in der Bereitschaftsschale liegende Geschoß (GS) auf einem Teil seines der offenen Seite der Bereitschaftsschale zugewandten Umfanges umgreift, und dessen zweiter Arm (15.2) mindestens mit einem Endabschnitt (15.3) durch eine Öffnung im Bodenbereich (1.3) der Bereitschaftsschale (1) derart unter der Wirkung einer Feder (15.4) in sie einschwenkbar ist, daß unter dem Gewicht des Geschosses der zweite Arm (15.2) aus der Öffnung herausgedrückt wird und dadurch der erste Arm (15.1) zum Festhalten des Geschosses (GS) nach innen verschwenkt und durch eine lösbare Verriegelungsvorrichtung (15.5 - 16) in dieser Stellung verriegelt wird.
