Claims (10)
- Verwendung einer Kombination aus einem Acetonitrilderivat der allgemeinen Formel I, in der X ein Anion ist, und einer Protease zur Erhöhung der Reinigungsleistung von Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln gegenüber proteinhaltigen Anschmutzungen bei deren Anwendung in insbesondere wäßrigen Wasch- und Reinigungslösungen, die Persauerstoffverbindung enthalten.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel 5 Gew.-% bis 30 Gew.-%, insbesondere 8 Gew.-% bis 25 Gew.-% Bleichmittel auf Sauerstoffbasis enthält.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel eine Persauerstoffverbindung aus der Gruppe umfassend Wasserstoffperoxid, Alkaliperborat, Alkalipercarbonat und organische Persäuren sowie deren Gemische enthält.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Verbindung gemäß Formel I das ladungsausgleichende Anion X- aus den Halogeniden, wie Chlorid, Fluorid, Iodid und Bromid, Nitrat, Hydroxid, Hexafluorophosphat, Sulfat, Hydrogensulfat, Metho- und Ethosulfat, Chlorat, Perchlorat und den Anionen von Carbonsäuren, wie Formiat, Acetat, Benzoat oder Citrat, ausgewählt wird.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Verbindung gemäß Formel I das ladungsausgleichende Anion X- Chlorid, Sulfat, Hydrogensulfat oder Methosulfat ist.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel 1 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere 2 Gew.-% bis 7 Gew.-% einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I enthält.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel in Mengen von 0,001 mg bis 0,5 mg, insbesondere 0,02 mg bis 0,3 mg an enzymatisch aktivem Protein pro Gramm Protease sowie gegebenenfalls zusätzlich Amylase, Lipase und/oder Cellulase enthält.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel eine proteolytische Aktivität im Bereich von 100 PE/g bis 7 500 PE/g, insbesondere 125 PE/g bis 5 000 PE/g aufweist.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Mittel zusätzlich zu den Verbindungen gemäß Formel I 0,5 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1 Gew.-% bis 8 Gew.-% unter Perhydrolysebedingungen Peroxocarbonsäuren abspaltende Verbindungen anwesend sind.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Mittel zusätzlich zu der Verbindung gemäß Formel I bleichkatalysierende Übergangsmetallsalze oder -komplexe, insbesondere in Mengen von 0,001 Gew.-% bis 0,5 Gew.-%, anwesend sind.
