Claims (10)
- Düse zum Besprühen einer Fläche, mit einem Gehäuse mit einem Zuführkanal und mit einer Austrittsöffnung für die zu versprühende Flüssigkeit und mit einem Prallteller zur Umlenkung des aus der Austrittsöffnung austretenden Strahles,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Austrittsöffnung in der zu besprühenden Fläche (3a) liegt und der Prallteller (6) an einer zentral im Zuführkanal (14) geführten Kolbenstange (16) angeordnet ist und die Austrittsöffnung in einer seiner Endlagen abschließt, dass er gegen die Kraft einer Rückstellfeder (5) vom Druck der Flüssigkeit in eine durch einen Anschlag (18) bestimmte zweite Endlage verstellbar ist, und dass er in dieser Endlage in Abstand vor der Austrittsöffnung liegt. - Düse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenstange (16) einen vor der Austrittsöffnung liegenden Ringspalt (8) durchsetzt.
- Düse nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Prallteller (6) auf seiner der Austrittsöffnung zugewandten Seite zumindest im radial äußeren Bereich in einer senkrecht zur Achse (21) der Kolbenstange (16) stehenden Ebene verläuft.
- Düse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Übergangsbereich zwischen Kolbenstange (16) und Prallteller (6) eine Ausrundung (19) vorgesehen ist.
- Düse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag durch einen Kolben (4) gebildet ist, der an dem vom Prallteller (6) abgewandten Ende der Kolbenstange (16) angeordnet und in einem Führungszylinder (14a) vorbestimmter Länge verschiebbar ist.
- Düse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (4) als Anlage für eine als Rückstellfeder dienende, um die Kolbenstange (16) herum angeordnete Wendelfeder (5) dient.
- Düse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende der Wendelfeder (5) an einer Führungsscheibe (7) innerhalb des Zuführkanals (14) anliegt, die als Führung für die Kolbenstange (16) dient.
- Düse nach Anspruch 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (4) und die Führungsscheibe (7) mit Durchgangsöffnungen (4a, 7a) für die zu versprühende Flüssigkeit versehen sind.
- Düse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2a) mit einem Flansch (2b) versehen ist, dessen vom Gehäuse (2a) wegweisende Seite mit dem Prallteller (6) in dessen Außerbetriebsstellung fluchtet.
- Düse nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (2b) in die zu besprühende Fläche (3a, 3) so eingesetzt ist, dass seine mit dem Prallteller (6) fluchtende Außenseite auch mit der Fläche (3a) fluchtet.
