Claims (7)
- Kolbendosierpumpe für aggressive Flüssigkeiten , insbesondere flüssige Metalle, z. B. Blei oder Aluminium, umfassend ein Pumpengehäuse mit einem Pumpenboden, wobei der Pumpenboden mindestens ein Ventil aufweist, das mit mehreren im Pumpenboden angeordneten Kanälen in Verbindung steht, wobei der Pumpenboden (10) mehrere scheibenartige Segmente (20, 30, 40) aufweist, wobei die einzelnen Segmente (20, 30, 40) zur Bildung der Kanäle untereinander verbundene Nuten und Bohrungen (21, 22, 31, 41) aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Teile der Pumpe (1), die mit der Flüssigkeit in Verbindung stehen, aus keramischem Material bestehen. - Kolbendosierpumpe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pumpenboden (10) einen Saug-, einen Druck- und einen Arbeitskanal (22, 41, 21, 31) aufweist. - Kolbendosierpumpe nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pumpenboden (10) ein Druckrohr (50) aufweist, das sich an den Druckkanal (41) anschließt. - Kolbendosierpumpe nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckrohr (50) beheizbar ist. - Kolbendosierpumpe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Material Siliziumnitrit, Aluminiumnitrit oder Siliziumkarbidfasermaterial oder Siliziumkarbid Verwendung findet. - Kolbendosierpumpe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanäle und Bohrungen (21, 22, 25, 35, 31, 32, 41) mit einem verschleißfesten Material beschichtet sind. - Kolbendosierpumpe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Doppelbeschichtung der Kanäle und Bohrungen (21, 22, 25, 35, 31, 32, 41) vorgesehen ist, wobei auf eine erste Schicht aus Hartchrom eine zweite Schicht Zirkoniumnitrit aufgebracht ist.
