Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à un microcircuit intégré pour réaction chimique permettant la mise en oeuvre rapide d'une expérience quels que soient les types de substances chimiques mises en jeu dans l'expérience et dans diverses conditions expérimentales. Ce microcircuit comporte un chemin de communication horizontale (13) comprenant une pluralité de parties (11, 12) regroupées et destinées à la réaction chimique et de rainures assurant la communication entre lesdites parties (11, 12), ledit chemin étant formé à la surface d'un substrat en diamant (10) de petite taille; un chemin de communication verticale (20) comportant des trous traversants assurant la communication verticale entre lesdites parties (11, 12), ledit chemin étant ménagé dans le substrat en diamant (10); une soupape d'arrêt (21) installée au niveau d'une section de communication, et en outre des organes de chauffage et de refroidissement (23, 24), du type élément à effet Peltier, installés en des emplacements correspondant respectivement aux parties (11, 12) regroupées et destinées à la réaction chimique. Ce microcircuit permet la mise en oeuvre d'une variété d'expériences dans un espace limité sans restriction sur le type des substances chimiques et dans des conditions expérimentales variées.
