Claims (9)

  1. Zerstäubungskopf (1) zum Zerstäuben eines fluidförmigen Produktes durch eine Zerstäubungsöffnung (7) hindurch, wobei der Kopf einen Ausstoßkanal (5) und einen Verschluß umfasst, der fest im Ausstoßkanal (5) stromaufwärts von der Zerstäubungsöffnung (7) angeordnet ist, wobei der Verschluß einen bezüglich der Zerstäubungsöffnung (7) festen Teil (3) und einen in elastischer Weise verformbaren Teil (10) umfasst, der ein Verschlußelement (9) trägt, das in der Ruhelage die Zerstäubungsöffnung (7) verschließt und das dann, wenn sich der elastisch verformbare Teil (10) verformt, die Zerstäubungsöffnung (7) öffnet, wobei der Zerstäubungskopf (1) weiterhin ein Zerstäubungsprofil aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zerstäubungsprofil zumindest auf dem elastisch verformbaren Teil (10) des Verschlusses ausgebildet ist.
  2. Zerstäubungskopf nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Zerstäubungsprofil einen oder mehrere Zerstäubungskanäle (6, 8) umfasst.
  3. Zerstäubungskopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem das Zerstäubungsprofil eine Verwirbelungskammer (19) um das Verschlußelement (9) herum umfasst.
  4. Zerstäubungskopf nach einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Ausstoßkanal (5) im wesentlichen zylindrisch ist und einen inneren, hohlen, im wesentlichen zylindrischen Einsatz (4) umfasst, wobei der feste Teil (3) des Verschlusses im wesentlichen zylindrisch und um den Einsatz (4) herum befestigt ist, wobei der elastisch verformbare Teil (10) des Verschlusses den Boden des zylindrischen Teils (3) des Verschlusses bildet und wobei das Zerstäubungsprofil auf dem zylindrischen Teil (3) und/oder auf dem verformbaren Teil (10) des Verschlusses ausgebildet ist.
  5. Zerstäubungskopf nach Anspruch 4, bei dem der zylindrische Teil (3) des Verschlusses eine Vielzahl von Rippen (16) umfasst, die auf dem Umfang voneinander im Abstand angeordnet sind und zwischen sich eine Vielzahl von ersten Zerstäubungskanälen (6) definieren.
  6. Zerstäubungskopf nach Anspruch 5, bei dem sich die ersten Kanäle (6) senkrecht oder schräg auf dem zylindrischen Teil (3) des Verschlusses erstrecken.
  7. Zerstäubungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, bei dem der verformbare Teil (10) eine Vielzahl von Vorsprüngen (18) umfasst, die zwischen sich eine Vielzahl von zweiten Zerstäubungskanälen (8) und/oder eine Verwirbelungskammer (19) definieren.
  8. Zerstäubungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, bei dem der Verschluß auf dem Einsatz (4) durch eine Umfangsrille (31 ) befestigt ist, die in dem zylindrischen Teil (3) des Verschlusses vorgesehen ist und die mit einem ringförmigen Vorsprung (41) des Einsatzes (4) derart zusammenwirkt, daß keinerlei Kompressionskraft vom oberen Ende (42) des Einsatzes (4) auf den verformbaren Teil (10) des Verschlusses in der Ruhelage des Verschlusses ausgeübt wird.
  9. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung für ein fluidförmiges Produkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Zerstäubungskopf (1 ) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
