Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'enrouler un fil continu, ainsi qu'un dispositif permettant de mettre ledit procédé en oeuvre. A cet effet, le fil est enroulé sur un mandrin entraîné, de manière à former une bobine croisée, le fil étant acheminé en va-et-vient à l'aide d'un guide-fil va-et-vient en un mouvement de translation. Ce mouvement de translation du guide-fil va-et-vient peut être modulé en longueur dans la largeur de la bobine croisée. Pendant l'enroulement (trajet bobine), le mouvement de translation entre une longueur maximale au début du trajet de la bobine et une longueur finale à la fin du trajet de la bobine est modifié selon une fonction de mouvement prédéterminée, de manière à associer une longueur déterminée à chaque mouvement de translation pendant le trajet de la bobine, les longueurs des mouvements de translation étant inférieures aux largeurs des bobines enroulées.
