Abstract

Es gibt eine Herstellung von Schaumbrei, bei der ein Mischgerät 11 mit einem Speicher 9 für Trockengut verbunden ist, mit einem Flüssigkeits-Anschlußstutzen 12 versehen ist und eine Abgabe von Anmachbrei aufweist, bei der ein Anschluß 3 für flüssiges Schäummittel, ein Anschluß 4 für Wasser und ein Anschluß 2 für Druckluft vorgesehen sind und bei der eine Pumpe 20 zum Drükken von Schaumbrei zu einer Abgabestelle 23 vorgesehen ist. Dabei ist es erwünscht, wenn sich auch dickflüssiger Schaumbrei erzeugen, d. h. an der Abgabestelle zur Verfügung stellen läßt. Dies ist erreicht, indem der Anschluß 3 für flüssiges Schäummittel, der Anschluß 4 für Wasser und der Anschluß 2 für Druckluft an einem Reinschaum-Erzeuger 1 vorgesehen sind, der einen Auslaß 5 aufweist, indem die Abgabe von Anmachbrei und der Auslaß von Reinschaum einer Mischeinrichtung 16, 17, 18, 19 zugeführt sind und indem die Pumpe 20 zwischen der Mischeinrichtung 19 und der Abgabestelle 23 vorgesehen ist. Es wird aus dem flüssigen Schäummittel, dem Wasser und der Druckluft ein Reinschaum kontinuierlich erzeugt, es wird der Reinschaum einem von Schäummittel noch freien Anmachbrei im Durchlauf pumpdruckfrei zugemischt und es wird der erzeugte Schaumbrei von diesem Mischvorgang zur Abgabestelle gepumpt.
