Definitions
- the invention relates to an injection fastening anchor with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- Such an injection fastening anchor is known from DE 39 16 612 A1.
- the well-known injection fastening anchor is for the renovation of double-layer masonry intended.
- the known injection fastening anchor has an anchor tube, which in a front axial section is provided with holes in its tube wall. In doing so that end means the end of the anchor tube with the anchor tube ahead is inserted into a borehole in the masonry.
- On the front with the Holes provided axial section closes a closed axial section of the Anchor tube in which the tube wall has no holes, openings, openings or the like. having.
- the closed axial section can extend to a rear end of the anchor tube pass.
- a borehole is through a facing masonry drilled through into a masonry of the double-shell masonry.
- the known injection fastening anchor is inserted into the borehole so that the Holed axial section of the anchor tube in the masonry and the rear End of the anchor tube is in the facing masonry.
- mortar or The like Injected into the anchor tube. So much mortar is injected that the mortar in the Insert the anchor rod past the anchor tube into the front axial section of the anchor tube arrives and exits the holes there. After the mortar has hardened, the injection anchor is in place anchored in the masonry.
- the known injection fastening anchor has the disadvantage that a large amount of mortar to anchor it in the masonry is necessary because the entire interior volume of the anchor pipe must be filled with mortar so that the mortar can pass through the Holes in the front axial section of the anchor tube emerges.
- the one lying in the anchor tube Anchor rod has a small in relation to the inner diameter of the anchor tube Diameter so that there is sufficient space between the anchor rod and the anchor pipe for the passage of the mortar remains.
- the anchor rod of the well-known The injection fastening anchor therefore reduces the inner volume of the anchor tube only by a negligible fraction.
- Another disadvantage of the known injection fastening anchor is its large outside diameter, which is required to make one Sufficiently large space between the anchor rod and the anchor tube for the To get passage of the mortar.
- the known injection fastening anchor requires therefore a large-diameter borehole in the masonry.
- the invention is based on the object of proposing an injection fastening anchor, who needs a small amount of mortar to anchor and one allows small borehole diameter.
- the Injection fastening anchor according to the invention has an anchor rod, the Diameter corresponds to an inner diameter of the anchor tube or is slightly smaller.
- the anchor rod of the injection fastening anchor according to the invention forms a kind Piston, with which a quantity of mortar injected into the anchor pipe into the front axial section is slidable where it is due to the displacement effect of the anchor rod and / or pressure exerted by the anchor rod exits through the holes.
- Injection fastening anchor is the amount of mortar in the anchor pipe injected before the anchor rod is inserted into the anchor tube.
- the anchor rod is a kind Piston forms, with which the mortar can be pushed into the front axial section of the anchor tube a small amount of mortar is sufficient, as the one with the holes Axial section adjoining closed axial section of the anchor tube is not included Mortar is filled.
- the inside diameter of the anchor tube thus corresponds to a diameter of the anchor rod meant that the anchor rod acts as a kind of piston with which the mortar in the anchor pipe can be moved forward.
- Another advantage of the invention is that it is an anchor tube with a smaller diameter enables because the anchor rod has the same or a slightly smaller diameter like the inner diameter of the anchor tube, there is no or only a small one Gap between the anchor rod and the anchor tube.
- the smaller diameter of the anchor tube of the injection fastening anchor according to the invention has the advantage of one smaller hole diameter. The borehole is easier and with less effort buildable.
- the anchor rod does not need the inside diameter of the entire length To have the anchor tube corresponding or slightly smaller in diameter, it is sufficient if the anchor rod has this diameter at one point at a front end or also has a distance from its front end. This way it will decrease the material necessary for the anchor rod.
- the anchor rod has two axially apart spaced locations corresponding to the inner diameter of the anchor tube or slightly smaller diameter. These two places can be in the two Ends of the anchor rod are located or they can be spaced from the ends of the anchor rod be arranged.
- This embodiment of the invention prevents a wrong Insert the anchor rod into the anchor tube, since both ends of the anchor rod are of the same design are.
- Another advantage of this embodiment of the invention is that the Anchor rod inserted anchor rod closes the anchor tube in the area of its rear end. This prevents the mortar from being injected into the borehole Facing masonry after inserting the anchor rod into the anchor pipe of the mortar in the anchor tube enters.
- the mortar connects the facing masonry with the preferably anchor rod protruding from the rear end of the anchor tube. Since no mortar enters the closed axial section of the anchor tube, is for connecting the Facing masonry with the supporting masonry reduced the amount of mortar required.
- the anchor rod has in one embodiment of the invention, a roughening, a knurl, a thread or the like in an end portion coming into contact with the mortar.
- the holes are offset from one another in the circumferential direction arranged in the front axial section of the anchor tube. This will avoid that with the anchor rod moved into the front axial section of the anchor tube Mortar essentially emerges from holes further back and only a small amount of mortar up to the holes in the anchor pipe arrives.
- the measure according to the invention the number of holes per tube wall surface in rear area of the front, the hole-containing axial section of the anchor tube to be smaller than further ahead serves the purpose, if possible, of a Length of the front axial section even mortar outlet through the holes too to reach.
- Another measure to create an axial section over the length of the holes of the anchor pipe is to achieve even mortar outlet, the holes in the rear area of the axial section obliquely against a flow direction of the mortar running and / or the holes in the front region of the axial section having the holes to be arranged diagonally in the flow direction of the mortar.
- the weird Holes in the rear area of the mortar that are aligned against the direction of flow of the mortar the axial section having holes deteriorate the mortar leakage and Holes running diagonally in the direction of flow of the mortar in the front area of the anchor pipe favor the mortar leakage, which in total extends over the length of the Axial section having holes results in an approximately uniform mortar outlet.
- the purpose of one over the length of the holes having axial section uniform mortar outlet can serve individually or can be used in combination.
- the front end of the anchor tube can be reached through the holes in the tube wall preferably closed.
- a circumferential sealing collar is on the outside of one provided at the rear end of the anchor tube. This sealing collar seals the anchor tube in the Drill hole in the facing masonry and prevents mortar from escaping into the Borehole is injected in the facing brickwork, between the anchor pipe and a borehole wall therethrough.
- the anchor tube has a sealing collar on the outside a rear end of the axial portion having the holes.
- This sealing band prevents mortar from escaping from the borehole in the supporting masonry the anchor tube and a borehole wall. This is the mortar, that emerged through the holes in the anchor tube and that the injection fastening anchor connects with the masonry.
- the anchor rod is from a rear end of the Anchor tube before.
- the injection fastening anchor 10 according to the invention shown in FIG. 1 has one Anchor tube 12 and an anchor rod 14.
- the anchor tube 12 is a plastic tube that is closed at a front end 16.
- the front end 16 is the end with which the anchor tube 12 is inserted into a borehole.
- On a rear one At the end the anchor tube 12 is open, it has a conical sealing collar 18 on.
- the anchor tube 12 At a distance from its front end, the anchor tube 12 has another circumferential sealing collar 20. In the illustrated embodiment of the invention this sealing collar 20 is located approximately in a longitudinal center of the anchor tube 12.
- the sealing collar 20 divides the anchor tube 12 into a front axial section 22 which extends from the front end 16 to the sealing collar 20, and into a subsequent one Axial section 24, which in the illustrated embodiment of the invention Sealing collar 20 extends to the rear end of the anchor tube 12.
- Axial section 24 is a tube wall of the anchor tube 12 with holes 26, 28, 30 provided in axially and in the circumferential direction evenly or unevenly over the front axial section 22 of the anchor tube 12 are arranged distributed.
- the anchor tube 12 is closed, it has no holes or other Openings in his pipe wall.
- the anchor rod 14 is made of steel, for example by galvanizing or other Measures or protected from corrosion by manufacturing from stainless steel.
- the anchor rod 14 has circumferential locations at two axially spaced apart locations Frets 32 on which the anchor rod 14 has a diameter which is somewhat smaller than an inner diameter of the anchor tube 12.
- the frets 32 are spaced from the ends of the anchor rod 14 is arranged. From the frets 32 to its ends Anchor rod 14 provided with threads 34, between the collars 32 is the anchor rod 14 smooth walls.
- the anchor rod 14 has a length such that it is the front End 16 of the anchor tube 12 also collar 32 near the rear end of the anchor tube 12 is located in the anchor tube 12 when the anchor rod 14 is completely in the anchor tube 12 is introduced.
- the thread 34 of the distal end 16 of the anchor tube 12 Anchor rod 14 protrudes from the rear end of the anchor tube 12 when the anchor rod 14 is fully inserted into the anchor tube 12.
- the injection fastening anchor 10 serves to fasten a facing masonry 36 on a masonry 38 during the renovation of a double-shell Masonry 36, 38.
- To set the injection fastening anchor 10 is first a borehole 40, 42 through the spaced in front of the masonry 38 Facing masonry 36 drilled into the supporting masonry 38.
- the anchor tube 12 of the injection fastening anchor 10 according to the invention the borehole 40, 42 inserted so that the front, with the holes 26, 28, 30 provided axial section 22 of the anchor tube 12 in the borehole 42 in the supporting masonry 38 located.
- the sealing collar 20 at the rear end of the front axial section 22 closes the borehole 42 in the masonry 38.
- the rear end of the anchor tube 12 is located the closed axial section sinks into the borehole 40 in the facing brickwork 36 24 of the anchor tube 12 bridges the distance between the facing masonry 36 and the supporting masonry 38.
- the sealing collar 18 at the rear end of the anchor tube 12 bears against a conversion of the borehole 40 in the facing brickwork 36.
- the anchor tube 12 After the anchor tube 12 has been introduced into the borehole 40, 42 in the double-shell masonry 36, 38 becomes a synthetic resin mortar 44 by means of a mortar press, not shown injected into the anchor tube 12.
- the amount of mortar injected is such that its volume approximately an internal volume of the anchor tube 12 within the front, with the Corresponds to holes 26, 28, 30 provided axial section 22 or is also somewhat smaller than that volume.
- the anchor rod 14 is inserted into the anchor tube 12.
- the anchor rod 14 acts as a kind of piston, it pushes the synthetic resin mortar 44 in the anchor tube 12 forward into the with the holes 26, 28, 30 provided axial region 22.
- anchor rod 14 With the front end 16 near collar 32, anchor rod 14 essentially displaces the entire anchor tube 12 injected amount of synthetic resin mortar 44 into the front axial region 22 of the anchor tube 12, at most a small amount of mortar remains due to a small gap stick to the tube wall between the collar 32 and a tube wall of the anchor tube 12.
- the injection fastening anchor 10 requires it Anchoring in the masonry 38 only a small amount of mortar.
- a synthetic resin mortar in the borehole 40 in Facing brickwork 36 injected. Since the front end 16 of the anchor tube 12 distant Collar 32 of the anchor rod 14 closes the anchor tube 12 near its rear end and since the sealing collar 18 at the rear end of the anchor tube 12, the borehole 40 in the facing brickwork 36 is also closed in the borehole 40 in the facing masonry 36 small amount of mortar injected.
- the synthetic resin mortar, not shown, in borehole 40 in the facing brickwork 36, after curing, the facing brickwork 36 connects with the anchor rod 14, so that the facing brickwork 36 at a predetermined distance from the masonry 38 is connected to the masonry 38.
- the thread 34 on causes the end of the anchor rod 14 remote from the front end 16 of the anchor tube 12 a good connection of the anchor rod 14 with the injected synthetic resin mortar Facing masonry 36. Since the anchor rod has a thread 34 at both ends and has a collar 32, it cannot be accidentally turned upside down in the Anchor tube 12 are introduced.
- the synthetic resin mortar Due to its viscosity and its flow behavior, the synthetic resin mortar has 44 the tendency to first and amplified from those further back in the front axial section 22 the anchor tube 12 holes 26 to emerge. In extreme cases this can do this cause that only a small amount of mortar from the holes 30 further ahead or no mortar comes out. At least to some extent even Mortar emerges from the holes 26, 28, 30 over the entire length of the front axial section 22 can be achieved with the injection fastening anchor 10 according to the invention various measures described below are provided. These measures can be realized individually or in any combination with each other.
- a measure to achieve approximately the length of the axial section 22 It is possible to achieve even mortar discharge in the rear area of the front Axial section 22 arranged holes 26 obliquely from the inside out and back, so to arrange obliquely against a flow direction of the synthetic resin mortar 44.
- the holes 30 are oblique from the inside to the outside and at the front, that is to say at an angle in the direction of flow of the synthetic resin mortar 44 in the anchor tube 12.
- the holes 28 are aligned radially.
- the orientation of the holes 26 in the rear region of the axial section 22 is oblique contrary to the direction of the dilution of the synthetic resin mortar counteracts mortar leakage, the alignment of the holes 30 in the front region of the axial section 22 obliquely in Flow direction of the synthetic resin mortar 44 improves the mortar discharge. Total results an approximately uniform mortar exit from the holes 26, 28, 30 over the entire Length of the axial section 22.
- Another, additional or individual measure is to make holes 26, 28, 30 with different ones axial distance from the front end 16 of the anchor tube 12 in the circumferential direction to be staggered.
- the holes 26, 28, 30 can for example as shown in Figure 2, be arranged in a grid.
- Another option is a helical arrangement of the holes 26, 28, 30, as shown in Figure 3.
- Mortar outlet is to be a distance of the holes 26, 28, 30 from the front To enlarge the end 16 of the anchor tube 12 to the rear, d. H. in the back of the Axial section 22 has a smaller number of holes 26 per surface than in the front area of the axial section 22 to be provided.
