Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Durchtrennen einer Materialbahn (1), insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, die als Schneidelement ein Kreismesser (2) enthält, das drehbar an einem Transportschlitten (3) gelagert ist, der mittels eines Fahrantriebs über die Schneidstrecke bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßüber die Länge der Schneidstrecke ein Seil (6) gespannt ist,am Transportschlitten (3) eine Seilscheibe (9) frei drehbar gelagert ist,das Seil (6) in einer Umschlingung von 360° um die Seilscheibe (9) geführt ist, unddie Seilscheibe (9) mit dem Kreismesser (2) Drehmomente übertragend gekuppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kreismesser (2) koaxial mit überstehender Schneidkante an der Seilscheibe (9) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Seil (6) in Längsrichtung elastisch verformbar oder über eine Feder (8) gespannt gehalten wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch ein angetriebenes umlaufendes Band (5) als Fahrantrieb für den Transportschlitten (3).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Transportschlitten (3) eine frei drehbare Gegenrolle (13) gelagert ist, gegen die die Schneidkante des Kreismessers (2) zum Schneiden bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Seil (6) aus einem zugfesten Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Polyamid, gefertigt ist.
