Abstract

Bei einer Gelenkarm-Markise umfassend zwei Haltekonsolen zur Lagerung der Tuchwelle und der Gelenkarme, wobei jede Haltekonsole wenigstens einen sich senkrecht zur Ebene der Befestigungswand erstreckenden Flanschabschnitt aufweist, ist vorgesehen, daß die Tuchwelle (1) bzw. die Gelenkarme (7) an Tragplatten (3) gelagert sind, die Tragplatten (3) jeweils am Flanschabschnitt (10) der Haltekonsole (9) anliegen, Flanschabschnitt (10) und Tragplatte (3) über ein Schwenklager miteinander verbunden sind, Tragplatte (3) und Flanschabschnitt (10) im Abstand von dem Schwenklager Langlöcher (22, 23) gleicher Breite aufweisen, welche schräg zueinander verlaufen, und eine Feststellschraube (24) mit der Breite der Langlöcher (22, 23) entsprechendem Durchmesser beide Langlöcher durchsetzt und mittels einer der Feststellschraube (24) zugeordneten Feststellmutter (25) die Tragplatte (3) relativ zu dem Flanschabschnitt (10) der Haltekonsole (9) winkeleinstellbar festlegbar ist.

Description

Die Erfindung richtet auf eine Gelenkarm-Markise umfassend zwei Haltekonsolen zur Lagerung der Tuchwelle und der Gelenkarme, wobei jede Haltekonsole wenigstens einen sich senkrecht zur Ebene der Befestigungswand erstreckenden Flanschabschnitt aufweist. Es handelt sich also um eine tragrohrlose Markise, bei welcher die Gelenkarme nicht am Tragrohr, sondern an den Haltekonsolen befestigt sind.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei einer Gelenkarm-Markise der gattungsgemäßen Art eine einfache und sichere Winkeleinstellung der Gelenkarme zu ermöglichen.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Tuchwelle bzw. die Gelenkarme an Tragplatten gelagert sind, die Tragplatten jeweils am Flanschabschnitt der Haltekonsole anliegen, Flanschabschnitt und Tragplatte über ein Schwenklager miteinander verbunden sind, Tragplatte und Flanschabschnitt im Abstand von dem Schwenklager Langlöcher gleicher Breite aufweisen, welche schräg zueinander verlaufen, und eine Feststellschraube mit der Breite der Langlöcher entsprechendem Durchmesser beide Langlöcher durchsetzt und mittels einer der Feststellschraube zugeordneten Feststellmutter die Tragplatte relativ zu dem Flanschabschnitt der Haltekonsole winkeleinstellbar festlegbar ist.
Durch diese erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung wird in besonders einfacher Weise eine Verstellung ermöglicht, wobei durch die Winkelanordnung der beiden Langlöcher relativ zueinander eine Montage möglich wird, die einerseits zu einem dauerhaft festen Sitz beiträgt und andererseits beim Justieren verhindert, daß die Feststellschraube herunterfällt.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß das Schwenklager durch zwei fluchtende Bohrungen in der Tragplatte bzw. in dem Flanschabschnitt gebildet wird, die von einer Feststellschraube durchsetzt werden. Die Feststellschraube kann ihrerseits in eine Gewindebohrung eingreifen oder durch eine Mutter festgelegt sein.
Mit Vorteil weist jede Haltekonsole einen parallel zur Wandbefestigungsebene verlaufenden zweiten Flanschabschnitt mit Bohrungen für Wandbefestigungsschrauben auf.
Zur Realisierung einer Einstellung der Gelenkarme relativ zur Tuchwelle kann wenigstens eine der Wandbefestigungs-Bohrungen als Langloch ausgebildet sein, wobei in dem zweiten Flanschabschnitt eine senkrecht zu diesem Langloch verlaufende, in dieses mündende Gewindebohrung mit einer Einstellschraube vorgesehen ist.
Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen:

Eine in der Zeichnung dargestellte Markise umfaßt eine Tuchwelle 1 zum Aufrollen eines Markisentuches 2, welche beidseitig an Tragplatten 3 gelagert ist und über ein Getriebe 4 und einen Drehzapfen 5 mit Öse 6 zum Auf- und Abwickeln des Markisentuches drehantreibbar ist. An den seitlichen Tragplatten 3 sind auch die Gelenkarme 7 gelagert, die das Markisentuch tragen, und deren äußere Enden mit einem Ausfallprofil 8 verbunden sind.
Die Tragplatten 3 der Markise sind an Haltekonsolen 9 gelagert, welche einen Flanschabschnitt 10 aufweisen, der sich senkrecht zu der Hauswand-Befestigungsebene 11 erstreckt, und weisen einen zweiten Flanschabschnitt 12 auf, der sich parallel zur Hauswand-Befestigungsebene 11 und senkrecht zum ersten Flanschabschnitt 10 erstreckt. Dieser zweite Flanschabschnitt 12 ist mit zwei Befestigungsbohrungen 13 bzw. 14 versehen, wobei die Bohrung 14 als Langloch ausgebildet ist. Senkrecht zu diesem Langloch 14 erstreckt sich in dem Flanschabschnitt 12 eine Gewindebohrung 15 mit einer Einstellschraube 16, welche sich mit ihrem inneren Ende an einer Wand-Befestigungsschraube 17 abstützt, welche das Langloch 14 durchsetzt und für eine gebäudeseitige Befestigung dient. Eine weitere Wand-Befestigungsschraube 18 durchsetzt die in der Zeichnung obere Befestigungsbohrung 19.
Aufgrund dieser Ausgestaltung ist es möglich, die Wand-Befestigungsschraube 18 praktisch als Schwenklager für eine Winkel-Einstellung mittels der Einstellschraube 16 zu verwenden, um auf diese Weise zu erreichen, daß die Gelenkarme 7 im eingefahrenen Zustand der Markise parallel zur Tuchwelle 1 und parallel zueinander verlaufen.
Der erste, zur Hauswand-Befestigungsebene 11 senkrechte Flanschabschnitt 10 jeder Haltekonsole 9 ist, in der Zeichnung oben, mit einer Bohrung 20 für eine Schraube 21 versehen, welche ein Schwenklager für die Tragplatte 3 relativ zu dem ersten Flanschabschnitt 10 bildet, und welche in eine Gewindebohrung 20' eingreift.
Unterhalb der Schraube 21 ist in dem ersten Flanschabschnitt 10 ein Langloch 22 und in der Tragplatte 3 ein Langloch 23 ausgebildet, welche sich kreuzen bzw. teilweise überlappen. Beide Langlöcher 22, 23 weisen eine Breite auf, die dem Durchmesser einer Feststellschraube 24 mit Mutter 25 entspricht.
Aufgrund dieser Anordnung ist es möglich, die Tragplatte 3 und damit die Gelenkarme 7 um das Schwenklager 21 zu verschwenken, bis eine gewünschte Neigungseinstellung für die Gelenkarme 7 erreicht ist. Dabei wird die Position der Feststellschraube 24 in Längsrichtung der beiden Langlöcher 22, 23 verändert, wobei nach Festziehen der Feststellschraube 24 bzw. der zugehörigen Mutter 25 eine definierte, feste Neigungseinstellung erreicht ist. Diese Neigungseinstellung kann für beide Gelenkarme unabhängig voneinander vorgenommen werden, so daß gebäudeseitige Unebenheiten ausgeglichen werden. Hinzu kommt die Möglichkeit der Feineinstellung über die Einstellschraube 16.

Claims (4)

  1. Gelenkarm-Markise umfassend zwei Haltekonsolen zur Lagerung der Tuchwelle und der Gelenkarme, wobei jede Haltekonsole wenigstens einen sich senkrecht zur Ebene der Befestigungswand erstreckenden Flanschabschnitt aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Tuchwelle (1) bzw. die Gelenkarme (7) an Tragplatten (3) gelagert sind,
    die Tragplatten (3) jeweils am Flanschabschnitt (10) der Haltekonsole (9) anliegen,
    Flanschabschnitt (10) und Tragplatte (3) über ein Schwenklager miteinander verbunden sind,
    Tragplatte (3) und Flanschabschnitt (10) im Abstand von dem Schwenklager Langlöcher (22, 23) gleicher Breite aufweisen, welche schräg zueinander verlaufen, und
    eine Feststellschraube (24) mit der Breite der Langlöcher (22, 23) entsprechendem Durchmesser beide Langlöcher durchsetzt und mittels einer der Feststellschraube (24) zugeordneten Feststellmutter (25) die Tragplatte (3) relativ zu dem Flanschabschnitt (10) der Haltekonsole (9) winkeleinstellbar festlegbar ist.
  2. Gelenkarm-Markise nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwenklager durch zwei fluchtende Bohrungen (20, 20') in der Tragplatte (3) bzw. in dem Flanschabschnitt (10) gebildet wird, die von einer Feststellschraube (24) durchsetzt werden.
  3. Gelenkarm-Markise nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Haltekonsole einen parallel zur Wandbefestigungsebene verlaufenden zweiten Flanschabschnitt mit Bohrungen für Wandbefestigungsschrauben aufweist.
  4. Gelenkarm-Markise insbesondere nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der Wandbefestigungs-Bohrungen als Langloch ausgebildet ist, und daß in dem zweiten Flanschabschnitt eine senkrecht zu diesem Langloch verlaufende, in dieses mündende Gewindebohrung mit einer Einstellschraube (16) vorgesehen ist.
