• Die Fortsätze 50,50';60,60' der Beine 5,5';6,6' und die Fortsätze 70,70';80,80' der Armlehen 7,8 werden in die Nuten 20,30;21,31 zwischen Oberteil 2 und Unterteil 3 eingelegt.
• Schliesslich werden Oberteil 2 und Unterteil 3 flächig miteinander verbunden, vorzugsweise durch Verleimen.
• Sind hingegen Armlehen 7,8 der zweiten Version vorgesehen, wird - anstelle aller weiteren Nuten 21,31 - in der Rückenlehne 4, auf der dem Unterteil 3 zugewandten Seite des Oberteils 2, eine flächige Aussparung 22 spanabhebend eingebracht, vorzugsweise durch Ausfräsen. Diese Aussparung 22 geht nicht durch die gesamte Materialdicke des Oberteils 2 hindurch und besteht aus einem am Rand des Oberteils 2 ansetzenden Steg 220. Vom Rand entfernt setzt ein der Aussenkontur des Verankerungselements 87 entsprechendes Auge 221 an den Steg 220 an. Die Aussparung 22 ist so zu bemessen, dass das Verankerungselement 87 ganz sowie der Übergang zur Stützpartie 86 partiell eingebettet sind. Im Unterteil 3 wird ein zur Aussparung 22 anteilig kongruenter Durchbruch 32 eingearbeitet, so dass die Stützpartie 86 partiell darin Platz findet.
• Die Fortsätze 50,50';60,60' der Beine 5,5';6,6' mit deren Bügeln 51,61 und die Verankerungselemente 77,87 sowie Stützpartien 76,86 der Armlehen 7,8 werden in die Nuten 20,30 bzw. die Aussparung 22 und den Durchbruch 32 zwischen Oberteil 2 und Unterteil 3 eingelegt.
• Schliesslich werden Oberteil 2 und Unterteil 3 flächig miteinander verbunden, vorzugsweise durch Verleimen.

The row connector 9 is placed below the later clamping area on two rear legs 5 ', 6' of adjacent chairs, with the open surrounding claws 92 of the clamp part 90 directed towards the rear legs 5 ', 6' (see FIG. 12A). At a lower height, below the later clamping area, the rear legs 5 ', 6' are of smaller cross-section, so that this easily fits within both of the surrounding claws 92 (see FIGS. 14A and 14B).

After the row connector 9 has been attached to the rear legs 5 ', 6' , it is pushed upwards into the clamping position, where the cross section of the rear legs 5 ', 6' increases and now fills the interior of the surrounding claws 92 (see FIGS. 12B, 14A and 14C). ,

In the clamping position, which is close to the height of the bending transition into the extensions 50 ', 60' , the slide 96 is pushed in to the maximum, so that the hook 100 jumps under the lower edge of the middle section 91 (see FIG. 12C). The row connector 9 can neither come loose upwards, because the rear legs 5 ', 6' spread through the transition into the extensions 50 ', 60' , nor can it loosen downwards because it is prevented from doing so by the clamping plate 98 ( see Fig. 12D).

The row connector 9 can also be used as a two-part component, with a separate clamp part 90 and a slide 96 detached therefrom (see FIG. 13). However, the combination of the two offers the advantage that the clamp part 90 and the slide 96 are always together and are more convenient to handle, as it were, as a structural unit.
