Claims (4)

  1. Matériau de papier filigrané imprimable en qualité élevée (10) comprenant un papier support (1) ayant un grammage allant de 70 à 200 g/m2 et ayant un filigrane (4) imprimé sur une première surface (2), qui est d'une profondeur de marquage (S2) supérieure à 10 % de l'épaisseur (S1) dudit papier support (1), et une seconde surface (3) opposée à ladite première surface (2) et qui est plate ; le matériau de papier étant caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde surface (3) est une surface revêtue ayant un revêtement imprimable (6) qui est plat, homogène, uniforme et qui permet une impression de qualité élevée.
  2. Matériau de papier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit filigrane (4) est d'une profondeur de marquage (S2) allant de 10 % à approximativement 30 % de l'épaisseur (S1) dudit papier support (1).
  3. Matériau de papier selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit papier support (1), sans ledit revêtement (6), est d'une épaisseur (S1) allant d'approximativement 0,05 mm à approximativement 1 mm et allant de préférence d'approximativement 0,1 mm à approximativement 0,5 mm.
  4. Procédé de production d'un matériau de papier filigrané imprimable en qualité élevée (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le procédé comprenant une étape de filigranage dans laquelle une feuille de papier continue (11) est délivrée à un rouleau marqueur (14) portant un motif de filigrane à imprimer sur le papier et le rouleau marqueur (14) exerce une pression sur une surface supérieure de la feuille (11), au niveau d'une ligne de contact (17) ; le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que, pendant ladite étape de filigranage, la feuille (11) est supportée sur une courroie en toile (12) et entre deux rouleaux-supports (16) qui sont situés sous ladite courroie en toile (12) et sur des côtés opposés de ladite ligne de contact (17), de sorte que la feuille présente des marquages uniquement sur ladite surface supérieure, tandis que la surface opposée reste plate ; le procédé comprenant en outre une étape de revêtement de ladite surface plate avec un revêtement imprimable (6) qui est plat, homogène, uniforme et permet une impression de qualité élevée.
