Stand der Technik
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Injektor für ein Einspritzsystem für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einem Magnetventil, das den Abfluss von Kraftstoff durch einen Abflusskanal aus einem Ventilsteuerraum steuert, wobei das Magnetventil Mittel zum Verschließen des Abflusskanals, einen von einem Elektro-Magneten betätigbaren und mit den Mitteln zum Verschließen des Abflusskanals in Wirkverbindung stehenden Anker, eine erste Ventilfeder und eine zweite Ventilfeder sowie einen ersten Hubanschlag und einen zweiten Hubanschlag aufweist.
Zweistufige Magnetventile für Injektoren von Einspritzsystemen sind bekannt . Mit der ersten Öffnungsstufe des Magnetventils soll erreicht werden, dass die Düsennadel der Einspritzdüse langsam öffnet, so dass die präzise Bemessung kleiner Voreinspritzmengen erleichtert wird. Die zweite Öffnungsstufe dient der Haupteinspritzung. Dabei ist eine große Öffnungsgeschwindigkeit der Düsennadel erwünscht .
Bei einer bekannten Ausführungsform eines zweistufigen Magnetventils ist der Anker des Magnetventils über zwei in Reihe geschaltete Druckfedern entgegen der Öffnungsrichtung des Magnetventils beaufschlagbar. Bis zum Erreichen eines ersten Hubanschlags wirkt nur eine erste Druckfeder entgegen der Öffnungsrichtung des Ventils auf den Anker; nachdem der Anker den ersten Hubanschlag passiert hat, wirkt zusätzlich eine zweite Druckfeder mit gleicher Wirkungsrichtung auf den Anker.
Nachteilig an dieser Ausführung ist, dass aufgrund der Reihenschaltung die Baulänge des Magnetventils groß ist. Dies ist besonders bei modernen, kompakt aufgebauten Motoren und modernen Kraftfahrzeugen problematisch da der verfügbare Bauraum in der Regel beschränkt ist. Außerdem führt die Reihenschaltung zweier Federn unter Zuhilfenahme eines Zwischenstücks dazu, dass die Eigenfrequenzen des Magnetventils relativ niedrig sind, was sich im Betriebsverhalten nachteilig auswirken kann.
Ein zweistufiges von einem Piezo-Aktor betätigtes Ventil eines Injektors ist aus der DE OS 1974 1850 bekannt. Bei diesem Magnetventil sind ebenfalls zwei Ventilfedern in Reihe geschaltet, wobei zwischen den beiden Ventilfedern ein Zwischenring angeordnet ist. Auch dieses Ventil weist die oben genannten Nachteile auf.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein zweistufiges Magnetventil für einen Injektor bereitzustellen, das kompakt aufgebaut ist und dessen Betriebsverhalten bei verschiedensten Frequenzen gut ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Injektor für ein Einspritzsystem für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einem Magnetventil, das den Abfluss von Kraftstoff durch einen Abflusskanal aus einem Ventilsteuerraum steuert, wobei das Magnetventil Mittel zum Verschließen des Abflusskanals, einen von einem Elektro-Magneten betätigbaren und mit den Mitteln zum Verschließen des Abflusskanals in Wirkverbindung stehenden Anker, eine erste Ventilfeder und eine zweite Ventilfeder sowie einen ersten Hubanschlag aufweist, wobei die erste Ventilfeder den Anker mit einer größeren Federkraft in Schließrichtung beaufschlagt, und wobei von der Schließstellung des Magnetventils bis zum Erreichen des ersten Hubanschlags die zweite Ventilfeder den Anker in Öffnungsrichtung mit einer kleineren Federkraft beaufschlagt .
Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Wirkungsrichtungen von erster und zweiter Ventilfeder wird eine besonders kompakte Bauweise des Magnetventils erreicht:
Für den Fall, dass sowohl erste als auch zweite Ventilfeder Druck- oder Zugfedern sind, kann eine Ventilfeder auf jeder Seite des Ankers angeordnet sein, so dass die Länge der Ventilfedern nicht additiv zur Baulänge des Ankers zur Gesamtbaulänge des Magnetventils beitragen. D. h. es kann mindestens eine Ventilfeder parallel, inbesondere konzentrisch zum Anker angeordnet werden, so dass sich die Gesamtbaulänge des Magnetventils entsprechend verringert.
Für den Fall, dass die erste Ventilfeder eine Druckfeder und die zweite Ventilfeder eine Zugfeder ist, können sogar beide Ventilfedern parallel, insbesondere konzentrisch zum Anker angeordnet werden, so dass die sich die Gesamtbaulänge des Magnetventils weiter verringert.
Außerdem wird bei der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung der
Ventilfedern deren Reihenschaltung vermieden, was sich günstig auf das Resonanzverhalten des Magnetventils auswirkt .
Bei einer Variante der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die erste Ventilfeder eine zwischen ein Gehäuse des Injektors und das den Mitteln zum Verschließen des Abflusskanals abgewandte Ende des Ankers gespannte Druckfeder ist, dass die zweite Ventilfeder eine zwischen das Gehäuse des Injektors und das den Mitteln zum Verschließen des Abflusskanals zugewandte Ende des Ankers gespannte Druckfeder ist, so dass ein einfacher Aufbau und gleichzeitig ein geringer Platzbedarf des Magnetventils erreicht wird. Der geringe Platzbedarf ist iu. a. auf die Anordnung der zweiten Ventilfeder zwischen Mitteln zum Verschließen des Abflusskanals und dem Anker zurückzuführen. Außerdem wird bei dieser Ausführungsform die Bemessung kleiner Voreinspritzmengen trotz hoher Öffnungsgeschwindigkeit der Düsennadel bei der Haupteinspritzung ermöglicht.
Bei einer anderen Variante der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die zweite Ventilfeder den Anker über einen verschiebbaren Zwischenring beaufschlagt, und dass der Weg des Zwischenrings durch den ersten Hubanschlag begrenzt wird, so dass der erste Hubanschlag einfach und genau festlegbar ist.
Bei einer Ausführung der Erfindung wird der Weg des Ankers durch einen zweiten Hubanschlag begrenzt, so dass die Öffnung des Magnetventils bei der Haupteinspritzung mit großer Wiederholgenauigkeit festliegt .
Bei einer weiteren Ausführung der Erfindung stehen die Mittel zum Verschließen des Abflusskanals über eine Druckstange mit dem Anker in Wirkverbindung stehen, so dass eine räumliche Trennung zwischen den Mitteln zum Verschließen des Abflusskanals und dem Anker vorhanden sind. Außerdem ist dadurch mehr Platz für die zweite Ventilfeder vorhanden.
Bei einer Variante der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die zweite Ventilfeder und/oder der Zwischenring konzentrisch zu der Druckstange angeordnet ist, so dass der Platzbedarf des erfindungsgemäßen Magnetventils weiter abnimmt.
In Ergänzung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Mittel zum Verschließen des Abflusskanals eine Kugel und ein Kugelsitz im Gehäuse oder ein an dem dem Anker abgewandten Ende der Druckstange angeordneter Ventilkopf und ein entsprechend geformter Ventilsitz im Gehäuse sind, so dass auf einfache Weise eine zuverlässige Abdichtung des Abflusskanals erfolgt.
Eine Ausführung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass das Einspritzsystem ein Common-Rail-Einspritzsystem ist, so dass die erfindungsgemäßen Vorteile auch diesen Einspritzsystemen zugute kommen.
Weitere Vorteile und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, der Zeichnung und den Ansprüchen entnehmbar. Es zeigen:
Figur 1 eine schematische Darstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Injektors,
Figur 2 ein erfindungsgemäßes zweistufiges Magnetventil, und
Figur 3 Zeitdiagramme zu dem Magnetventil .
In Figur 1 ist ein Injektor schematisch dargestellt. Über einen Hochdruckanschluss 1 wird Kraftstoff 3 über einen Zulaufkanal 5 zu einer Einspritzdüse 7 sowie über eine Zulaufdrossel 9 in einen Ventilsteuerraum 11 geführt . Der Ventilsteuerräum 11 ist über einen Abflusskanal 12 und eine Ablaufdrossel 13, die durch ein Magnetventil 15 geöffnet werden kann, mit einem Kra tstoffrücklauf 17 verbunden. Leckagen des Magnetventils 15 werden durch den Leckage- Abfluss 18 abgeführt. Der Kraftstoff 3 ist in Figur 1 als schwarze Fläche dargestellt.
Der Ventilsteuerraum 11 wird von einem Ventilkolben 19 begrenzt . An den Ventilkolben 19 schließt eine Düsennadel 21 an, die verhindert, dass der unter Druck stehende Kraftstoff 3 zwischen den Einspritzungen in den nicht dargestellten Brennraum fließt. Die Düsennadel 21 weist eine Querschnittsänderung 23 von einem größeren Durchmesser 25 auf einen kleineren Durchmesser 27 auf. Mit ihrem größeren Durchmesser 25 ist die Düsennadel 21 in einem Gehäuse 29 geführt. Die Querschnittsänderung 23 begrenzt einen Druckraum 31 der Einspritzdüse 7
Bei geschlossener Ablaufdrossel 13 ist die auf eine Stirnfläche 33 des Ventilkolbens 19 wirkende hydraulische Kraft größer als die auf die Querschnittsänderung 23 wirkende hydraulische Kraft, weil die Stirnfläche 33 des Ventilkolbens 19 größer als die Ringfläche der
Querschnittsänderung 23 ist. In Folge dessen wird die Düsennadel 21 in einen Düsennadelsitz 35 gepresst und dichtet den Zulaufkanal 5 zum nicht dargestellten Brennraum ab.
Wenn die nicht dargestellte Hochdruckpumpe des Kraftstoffeinspritzsystems nicht angetrieben wird, weil der Motor steht, dann schließt eine auf einen Absatz 37 der Düsennadel 21 wirkende Düsenfeder 39 die Einspritzdüse 7 bzw. den Injektor.
Wenn die Ablaufdrossel 13 bzw. das Magnetventil 15 geöffnet wird, sinkt der Druck im Ventilsteuerraum 11 'und damit die auf eine Stirnfläche 33 des Ventilkolbens 19 wirkende hydraulische Kraft. Sobald diese hydraulische Kraft kleiner ist als die auf die Querschnittsänderung 23 wirkende hydraulische Kraft, öffnet die Düsennadel 21, so dass der Kraftstoff 3 durch die nicht dargestellten Spritzlöcher in den Brennraum gelangen kann. Diese indirekte Ansteuerung der Düsennadel 21 über ein hydraulisches Kraftverstärkersystem ist notwendig, weil die zum schnellen Öffnen der Düsennadel 21 benötigten Kräfte mit dem Magnetventil 15 nicht direkt erzeugt werden können. Die dabei zusätzlich zu der in den Brennraum eingespritzten Kraftstoffmenge benötigte sogenannte "Steuermenge" gelangt über die Zulaufdrossel 9, den Ventilsteuerraum 11 und die Ablaufdrossel 13 in den Kraftstoffrücklauf 17.
Zusätzlich zur Steuermenge entsteht auch noch an der Düsennadelführung und der Ventilkolbenführung eine Leckage. Die Steuer- und die Leckagemengen können bis zu 50 mm3/Hub betragen. Sie werden über den Kraftstoffrücklauf 17 wieder in den nicht dargestellten Kraftstoffbehälter zurückgeführt.
In Figur 2 ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Magnetventil 15 dargestellt. Zwischen den Einspritzungen wird die Ablaufdrossel 13 durch eine Kugel 41 des Magnetventils 15 verschlossen. Dies geschieht mittelbar über einen Anker 43, eine mit diesem verbundene Druckstange 44 und eine erste Ventilfeder 45, indem die Kugel 41 in einen Kugelsitz 47 des Gehäuses 29 gepresst wird. Zwischen Kugelsitz 47 und Anker 43 ist eine zweite Ventilfeder 57 angeordnet, die über einen Zwischenring 59 eine der ersten Ventilfeder 45 entgegenwirkende Kraft auf den Anker 43 ausübt.
Der Zwischenring 59 ist in Richtung der Längsachse des Ankers 43 bis zu einem ersten Hubanschlag 61 verschiebbar. In Figur 2 ist eine Ausführung dargestellt, bei der der Zwischenring 59 mittels einer Ausnehmung 63 durch den ersten Hubanschlag 61 zentriert ist. Die Kraft mit der die Kugel 41 in dem dargestellten Betriebszustand des Magnetventils 15 in den Kugelsitz 47 gepresst wird ist die Differenz der Kräfte der ersten Ventilfeder 45 und der zweiten Ventilfeder 57.
Um eine Voreinspritzung auszulösen, wird ein Elektro-Magnet 49 des Magnetventils 15 mit einem Anzugsstrom Iv angesteuert wird. Die dadurch auf den Anker 43 wirkende Kraft des Elektro-Magneten 49 ist so bemessen, dass sie die Differenz der auf den Anker 43 wirkenden Kräfte der ersten Ventilfeder 45 und der zweiten Ventilfeder 57 übersteigt. In Folge dessen bewegt sich der Anker 43 in Richtung des Elektro-Magneten 49 bis der Zwischenring 59 auf dem ersten Hubanschlag 61 aufliegt. Sobald der erste Hubanschlag 61 die Federkraft der zweiten Ventilfeder 57 aufnimmt, wirkt die ganze Federkraft der ersten Ventilfeder 45 entgegen der vom Elektro-Magneten 15 auf den Anker 43 ausgeübten Kraft. Die Federkraft der ersten Ventilfeder 45 ist größer als die Kraft des Elektromagneten 15, wenn durch diesen ein Strom vom Betrag Iv fließt. Deshalb öffnet der Anker 43 bei der Voreinspritzung nur bis der Zwischenring 59 auf dem ersten Hubanschlag 61 anliegt; dieser Hub entspricht der mit 65 bezeichneten Strecke in Figur 2. Es sind aber auch andere Hubanschläge denkbar. Beispielsweise kann das Ausfedern der zweiten Ventilfeder 57 auch durch eine mit der zweiten
Ventilfeder verbundenen Zugstange odgl . beschränkt werden. Der Begriff des ersten Hubanschlags wird im Zusammenhang mit der vorliegenden Erfindung so verstanden, dass nach. Erreichen eines bestimmten Hubs des Ankers 43 die zweite Ventilfeder 57 den Anker 43 nicht mehr beaufschlagt.
Mit dem teilweisen Öffnen des Magnetventils 15 kann Kraftstoff 3 über den Abflusskanal 12 und die darin angeordnete Ablaufdrossel 13 aus dem Ventilsteuerraum 11 in einen darüberliegenden Hohlraum 51 und über den Kraftstoffrücklauf 17 zum nicht dargestellten Kraftstoffbehälter abfließen, so dass der Druck im Ventilsteuerraum 11 sinkt. Die Zulaufdrossel 9 verhindert einen vollständigen Druckausgleich zwischen dem in Figur 1 dargestellten Zulaufkanal 5 und dem Ventilsteuerrraum 11. Sobald die aufgrund des sinkenden Drucks im
Ventilsteuerraum 11 auf die Stirnfläche 33 des Ventilkolbens 19 wirkende hydraulische Kraft kleiner ist als die auf die mit dem Einspritzdruck beaufschlagte, in Figur 1 dargestellte, Querschnittsänderung 23 wirkende hydraulische Kraft, öffnet die Düsennadel 21 und die Einspritzung beginnt.
Die Öffnungsgeschwindigkeit der in Figur 1 dargestellten Düsennadel 21 wird vom Durchflussunterschied zwischen der Zulaufdrossel 9 und Ablaufdrossel 13 bestimm . Die
Ablaufdrossel 13 sowie Kugelsitz 47 und Kugel 41 sind in Reihe geschaltete Strömungswiderstände. Bei der Voreinspritzung ist wegen des geringen Hubs 65 des Ankers 43 der Strömungswiderstand von Kugelsitz 47 und Kugel 41 groß. Deshalb ist die Öffnungsgeschwindigkeit der
Düsennadel 21 bei der Voreinspritzung relativ gering. Dies erleichtert die Bemessung kleiner Voreinspritzmengen.
Die Haupteinspritzung wird ausgelöst indem der Elektro- Magnet 49 des Magnetventils 15 mit dem sogenannten
Anzugsstrom IA, der größer als Iv ist, angesteuert wird.
Die auf den Anker 43 wirkende Kraft des Elektro-Magneten 49 übersteigt in diesem Fall auch die Kraft der ersten auf den
Anker 43 wirkenden Ventilfeder 45, so dass der Anker 43 bis zum Erreichen eines zweiten Hubanschlags 67 öffnet. Bei der
Öffnung des Magnetventils 15 wirken sich folgende
Zusammenhänge positiv aus:
- Wenn das Magnetventil 15 geschlossen ist, ist der Abstand zwischen Anker 43 und Elektro-Magnet 49 groß. Deshalb ist die auf den Anker 43 wirkende Kraft des Elektro-Magneten 49 relativ klein. In dieser Stellung wirkt nur die Differenz der Kräfte von erster Ventilfeder 45 und zweiter Ventilfeder 57 auf den Anker 43. D. h. zu Beginn der Öffnung des Magnetventils 15 muss zusätzlich zu den Reibungs- und Trägheitskräften nur eine geringe Federkraft überwunden werden. Deshalb reicht schon ein Anzugsstrom Iv aus, um eine Teilδffnung des Magnetventils 15 und damit eine langsame Öffnung der Düsennadel 21 zu bewirken.
- Wenn der das Magnetventil bereits teilweise oder sogar ganz geöffnet ist, ist der Abstand zwischen Anker 43 und Elektro-Magnet 49 klein. Wegen des nun kleineren Luftspalts zwischen Anker 43 und Elektro-Magnet 49 ist die auf den Anker 43 wirkende Kraft des Elektro-Magneten 49 bei gleichem Stromfluss durch den Elektro-Magneten 49 relativ groß. In diesem Fall kann der Elektro-Magnet 49 auch die Kraft der ersten Ventilfeder 45 überwinden. Unterstützend kommt hinzu, dass die Trägheitskräfte des Ankers 43 in diesem Stadium der Öffnung des Magnetventils 15 bereits abgenommen haben.
- Bei der Haupteinspritzung wird der Elektro-Magnet 49 von einem größeren Anzugsstrom IA durchflössen, was eine schnellere und weitere Öffnung des Magnetventils 15 und in Folge dessen auch der Düsennadel 21 zur Folge hat. Die Öffnungsgeschwindigkeit der Düsennadel 21 bei der Haupteinspritzung ist groß, da der Anker 43 einen großen Hub zurücklegt und deshalb der Strδmungswiderstand des Kugelsitzes 47 und der Kugel 41 sehr viel kleiner als bei der Voreinspritzung ist. Bei voll geöffneter Einspritzdüse 7 wird der Kraftstoff 3 mit einem Druck, der annähernd dem Druck im Rail entspricht, in den Brennraum eingespritzt.
Nach einer gewissen Zeit wird der erhöhte Anzugsstrom IA auf einen geringeren Haltestrom IH von reduziert. Dies ist möglich, da der Luftspalt des magnetischen Kreises nun geringer ist .
Sobald der Haltestrom IH nicht mehr fließt, wird der Anker 43 durch die Kraft der ersten Ventilfeder 45 in Richtung der Kugel 41 gedrückt und die Kugel 41 verschließt die Ablaufdrossel 13. Dabei bremst die zweite Ventilfeder 57, sobald der Hub 65 unterschritten wird, den Anker 43 ab und verhindert einen starken Verschleiss des Kugelsitzes 47 und der Kugel 41.
Durch das Verschließen der Ablaufdrossel 13 baut sich im Ventilsteuerraum 11 über die Zulaufdrossel 9 wieder der Rail-Druck auf. Dieser Druck übt über die Stirnfläche 33 des Ventilkolbens 19 eine gegenüber dem geöffneten Zustand erhöhte hydraulische Kraft auf den Ventilkolben 19 aus. Sobald diese hydraulische Kraft und die Kraft der Düsenfeder 39 die auf die Querschnittsänderung 23 wirkende hydraulische Kraft überschreiten, schließt die Düsennadel 21.
Die Schließgeschwindigkeit der Düsennadel 21 wird durch den Durchfluss der Zulaufdrossel 9 bestimmt. Die Einspritzung endet, wenn die Düsennadel 21 auf dem Düsennadelsitz 35 aufliegt.
In Figur 3 ist der zeitliche Verlauf der Betätigung des Magnetventils und der Einspritzdüse qualitativ dargestellt. In Figur 3a ist der Ankerhub 69 des Magnetventils über der Zeit 71 dargestellt. Auf der Ordinate ist der Ankerhub bei der Voreinspritzung ist mit "v" und der Ankerhub bei der Haupteinspritzung mit "h" bezeichnet. Es ist durch den Vergleich der Steigungen erkennbar, dass die Öffnungsgeschwindigkeit des Magnetventils bei der Haupteinspritzung größer als bei der Voreinspritzung ist. Dies kann beispielsweise durch einen größeren im Vergleich zur Voreinspritzung größeren Ankerstrom erreicht werden. In Figur 3b ist der Hub der Einspritzdüse 73 über der Zeit 71 dargestellt. Durch die senkrecht verlaufenden gestrichelten Linien wurde versucht, die Zeitverzögerung zwischen Öffnen der Betätigung des Magnetventils und dem Öffnen bzw. Schließen der Einspritzdüse darzustellen.
Alle in der Beschreibung, den nachfolgenden Ansprüchen und der Zeichnung dargestellten Merkmale können sowohl einzeln als auch in beliebiger Kombination miteinander erfindungswesentlich sein.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Injektor für ein Einspritzsystem für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einem Magnetventil (15) , das den Abfluss von Kraftstoff (3) durch einen Abflusskanal (12) aus einem Ventilsteuerraum (11) steuert, wobei das Magnetventil (15) Mittel zum Verschließen (41, 47) des
Abflusskanals (12) , einen von einem Elektro-Magneten (49) betätigbaren und mit den Mitteln zum Verschließen (41, 47) des Abflusskanals (12) in Wirkverbindung stehenden Anker (43) , eine erste Ventilfeder (45) und eine zweite Ventilfeder (57) sowie einen ersten Hubanschlag (61) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Ventilfeder (45) den Anker (43) mit einer größeren Federkraft in Schließrichtung beaufschlagt, dass von der Schließstellung des Magnetventils (15) bis zum Erreichen des ersten Hubanschlags (45) die zweite Ventilfeder (57) den Anker (43) in Öffnungsrichtung mit einer kleineren Federkraft beaufschlagt .
2. Injektor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Ventilfeder (45) eine zwischen ein Gehäuse (29) des Injektors und das den Mitteln zum Verschließen (41, 47) des Abflusskanals (12) abgewandte Ende des Ankers (43) gespannte Druckfeder ist, dass die zweite Ventilfeder (57) eine zwischen das Gehäuse (29) des Injektors und das den Mitteln zum Verschließen (41, 47) des Abflusskanals (12) zugewandte Ende des Ankers (43) gespannte Druckfeder ist.
3. Injektor nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Ventilfeder (57) den Anker (43) über einen verschiebbaren Zwischenring (59) beaufschlagt, und dass der Weg des Zwischenrings (59) durch den ersten Hubanschlag
(61) begrenzt wird.
4. Injektor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Weg des Ankers (43) durch einen zweiten Hubanschlag (67) begrenzt wird.
5. Injektor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Verschließen (41, 47) des Abflusskanals (12) über eine Druckstange (44) mit dem Anker (43) in Wirkverbindung stehen.
6. Injektor nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Ventilfeder (57) und/oder der Zwischenring (59) konzentrisch zu der Druckstange (44) angeordnet ist.
7. Injektor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Verschließen (41, 47) des Abflusskanals (12) eine Kugel (41) und ein Kugelsitz (47) im Gehäuse (29) sind.
8. Injektor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Verschließen des
Abflusskanals (12) ein an dem dem Anker (43) abgewandten Ende der Druckstange (44) angeordneter Ventilkopf und ein entsprechend geformter Ventilsitz im Gehäuse (29) sind.
9. Injektor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einspritzsystem ein Common-Rail-Einspritzsystem ist.
