Description

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de présentation d'objets plans tels que photographies, dessins, reproductions ou autres objets à deux dimensions.
Il est bien connu de présenter des objets plans à deux dimensions tels que des photos, des images, des textes et autres documents analogues à l'aide de cadres. De manière classique, ces cadres possèdent une feuillure. Une plaque avant transparente et une plaque arrière opaque et rigide reposent contre cette feuillure. L'objet à présenter est inséré entre ces deux plaques.
Il n'existe pas à ce jour de dispositif permettant de véritablement personnaliser ou décorer la présentation de l'objet plan encadré.
Or, il pourrait être intéressant, à des fins décoratives, de personnaliser les objets plans encadrés.
Le document GB-A-215 837 divulgue un cadre de photographies muni de lames de ressort qui plaquent une photographie contre la vitre du cadre interdisant toute possibilité de personnalisation de l'objet présenté.
Le document US-A-4 261 122 décrit un cadre qui permet de dissimuler des objets en arrière d'un objet d'art présenté. Les objets placés dans le cadre sont donc invisibles.
La présente invention vise à remédier à ces inconvénients et propose un dispositif de présentation d'objets à deux dimensions permettant de personnaliser ce dernier.
Le dispositif concerné comprend de manière connue en soi un cadre, possédant une face avant et une face arrière, la face arrière présentant sur sa bordure intérieure une feuillure dans laquelle sont placées une plaque transparente et une plaque formant dos rigide et opaque, un objet à deux dimensions à présenter étant inséré entre ces deux plaques et des moyens de serrage étant prévu pour presser la plaque formant dos contre la feuillure.
Selon l'invention, le cadre présente des moyens de positionnement situés à distance de la feuillure du coté de la face avant du cadre, et le dispositif comprend une deuxième plaque transparente étant maintenue par les dits moyens de positionnement et des objets tridimensionnels décoratifs sont placés dans l'espace existant entre les deux plaques transparentes.
L'invention permet donc de réaliser un dispositif de présentation d'objets plans tels que photos ou dessins en avant desquels sont insérés des objets tridimensionnels décoratifs tels que des coquillages, des galets, des fleurs sèches ou des objets décoratifs personnels tels que des lettres, des bagues qui personnalisent ainsi le dispositif de présentation et constituent un décor attractif complétant l'objet présenté.
Grâce aux deux plaques transparentes situées à distances l'une de l'autre les objets tridimensionnels contenus entre ces dernières ne sont pas en contact avec la photo ou le dessin exposé de sorte que ceux-ci sont protégés de possibles rayures.
Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, le cadre est constitué de profilés possédant chacun un épaulement de sorte que, lorsque les profilés sont assemblés pour former le cadre, ces épaulements forment une feuillure sur la bordure intérieure du cadre contre laquelle repose la plaque transparente recouvrant l'objet représenté.
Avantageusement, les moyens de positionnement précités sont constitués par des rainures aménagés dans les profilés constituant le cadre, ces rainures étant conformées, lorsque les profilés sont assemblés, pour recevoir le bord de la plaque recouvrant les objets tridimensionnels décoratifs.
Lors de l'assemblage des profilés, les bords de la plaque transparente recouvrant les objets tridimensionnels décoratifs sont insérés dans les rainures aménagées dans les profilés de sorte que la cette plaque est parfaitement calée dans le cadre.
Dans un mode de réalisation avantageux de l'invention, les moyens de positionnement sont constitués d'un épaulement, aménagé dans chacun des profilés constituant le cadre, contre lequel s'appuie la plaque transparente et d'une entretoise dont l'une des extrémités retient la plaque transparente et l'autre extrémité forme une feuillure sur la bordure intérieure du cadre contre laquelle repose la première plaque transparente.
Ce mode de réalisation de l'invention permet une fabrication industrielle de l'invention d'une manière particulièrement aisée.
Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le dispositif de présentation comprend quatre profilés en bois assemblés pour former un cadre quadrangulaire.
De préférence, les moyens de serrages sont constitués de pattes de serrage déformables entre une position ouverte permettant la mise en place de la plaque transparente, de l'objet à présenter et de la plaque de fond contre l'épaulement et une position rabattue pressant la plaque de fond contre l'épaulement.
La mobilité des pattes de serrage permet de retirer l'ensemble formé par la plaque de fond, l'image à présenter et la plaque transparente pour accéder aux objets tridimensionnels et ainsi pour en changer le contenu.
Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention l'un des profilés constituant le cadre est amovible permettant d'accéder à l'espace compris entre les plaques transparentes.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulièrement avantageux, le dispositif de présentation d'objets à deux dimensions fait partie d'un ensemble comprenant, outre lui-même, une pièce pour son support dans une position légèrement inclinée par rapport à la verticale.
De préférence la pièce de support comprend un socle parallélépipédique surmonté de deux butées parallèles l'une par rapport à l'autre et espacées l'une par rapport à l'autre d'une distance légèrement supérieure à l'épaisseur du cadre, entre lesquelles le cadre est inséré.
Grâce à cette pièce de support, le dispositif de présentation peut être maintenu de manière simple dans une position quasi verticale.
Avantageusement les deux butées sont de hauteurs inégales, une butée de plus grande hauteur contre laquelle s'appuie la face arrière du cadre, une butée de plus faible hauteur contre lequel s'appuie la face avant du cadre.
La hauteur supérieure de l'une des butées par rapport à l'autre permet de maintenir un dispositif de présentation d'une hauteur relativement importante sans basculement de ce dernier.
Avantageusement au moins un des plots est situé sur le socle en retrait par rapport à l'extrémité de celui-ci.
Cette disposition des butées permet de compenser le moment de la force de gravité qui s'exerce au centre de gravité du dispositif de présentation et tend à le faire basculer.
L'invention est décrite ci-après en référence au dessin ci-annexé représentant, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, un mode de réalisation d'un dispositif de présentation selon l'invention.
La figure 1 est une vue écorchée en perspective de l'invention.
La figure 2 est une vue en coupe de l'invention en cours d'assemblage.
La figure 3 est une vue similaire à la figure 2 après montage.
La figure 4 est une vue en coupe d'une variante de réalisation de l'invention.
La figure 5 est une vue en coupe de l'ensemble comprenant le dispositif de présentation selon l'invention et la pièce de support.
Comme le montre la figure 1, le dispositif de présentation selon l'invention comprend quatre profilés de bois 1, de mêmes longueurs deux à deux, dont les extrémités sont coupées en biseau à 45°.
Chaque profilé possède un épaulement 2 et une rainure 3 parallèle à l'épaulement et situé à distance de dernier, tel que cela apparaít en coupe aux figures 2 et 3.
Des pattes de serrage 4 sont disposées sur le bord de l'épaulement 2 situé dans le plan perpendiculaire au plan du cadre. Les pattes 4 sont mobiles par déformation entre une position ouverte et une position de verrouillage.
Les quatre profilés sont assemblés, selon leurs extrémités en biseau, pour former un cadre 5 de telle sorte que les épaulements 2 de chacun des profilés se trouvent dans un même plan et forment une feuillure 6 ininterrompue sur la bordure intérieure du cadre et que les rainures 3 se trouvent dans un même plan.
Lors de l'assemblage de trois des quatre profilés 1 formant le cadre 5, une plaque transparente 8 est insérée dans les rainures 3. L'assemblage du quatrième profilé permet de réaliser le calage de la plaque transparente 8.
Des objets tridimensionnels 9 tels que galets ou coquillages peuvent être disposés contre la plaque transparente 8.
Une seconde plaque transparente 10 vient prendre appui contre la feuillure 6 formée par les épaulements 2 des profilés 1 emprisonnant ainsi les objets 9 entre les deux plaques transparentes 8 et 10.
Un objet plan 11 à présenter tel qu'une photo ou un dessin est placé entre la plaque transparente 10 et une plaque de fond opaque 12. Les pattes 4 sont ensuite rabattues sur la plaque 12 pour retenir contre la feuillure 6 l'ensemble formé par la plaque 12, l'objet plan à exposer 11 et la plaque transparente 10.
La figure 4 illustre une variante de réalisation de l'invention, dans laquelle chaque profilé 1 possède un épaulement 15 de sorte que lorsque les profilés 1 sont assemblés les épaulements 15 se trouvent dans un même plan. La plaque transparente 8 vient en appui contre les épaulements 15.
Une entretoise 16 est disposée contre la face de chaque profilé 1 tournée vers l'intérieur du cadre 5, de telle sorte que l'une des extrémités de l'entretoise 16 retient la plaque transparente 8 et l'autre extrémité forme une feuillure 6 ininterrompue contre laquelle la plaque transparente 10 vient s'appuyer.
Le volume ainsi défini entre la plaque transparente 8 et la plaque transparente 10 permet de recevoir des objets 9 qui personnalisent et enrichissent l'objet présenté qui se trouve derrière la plaque transparente 10.
Comme cela apparaít sur la figure 5, le dispositif de présentation est disposé sur une pièce de support. Celle-ci comprend un socle parallélépipédique 13 surmonté de deux butées parallèles l'une par rapport à l'autre et de hauteurs inégales, une butée 14 de hauteur supérieure à celle d'une seconde butée 15. La butée 14 se trouve en retrait de l'extrémité du socle.
Le dispositif de présentation peut être placé sur la pièce de support de telle sorte que la face arrière de dispositif s'appuie contre la butée 14 et la face avant de ce dernier est retenu par la butée 15.
L'invention fournit ainsi un dispositif de présentation d'objet plan qui permet la personnalisation de l'objet plan présenté par des objets tridimensionnels tout en étant d'une structure facile à produire industriellement.
Il va de soi que l'invention n'est pas limitée à la forme de réalisation décrite ci-dessus à titre d'exemple mais qu'elle en embrasse, au contraire, toutes les variantes de réalisation.
C'est ainsi qu'il est notamment envisageable de prévoir des moyens de positionnement de la plaque transparente retenant les objets tridimensionnels permettant le retrait de celle-ci par la face avant du cadre pour accéder à ces objets et par exemple pour les changer ou les réarranger.

Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de présentation d'objets à deux dimensions tels que photographies, dessins ou reproductions, comprenant un cadre (5), possédant une face avant et une face arrière, la face arrière présentant sur sa bordure intérieure une feuillure (6) dans laquelle sont placées une plaque transparente (10) et une plaque formant dos (12) rigide et opaque, un objet à deux dimensions (11) à présenter étant inséré entre ces deux plaques et des moyens de serrage (4) étant prévu pour presser la plaque formant dos (12) contre la feuillure (6), caractérisé en ce que le cadre (5) présente des moyens de positionnement (3) situés à distance de la feuillure (6) du coté de la face avant du cadre, et le dispositif comprend une deuxième plaque transparente (8) étant maintenue par les dits moyens de positionnement (3) et des objets tridimensionnels (9) décoratifs sont placés dans l'espace existant entre les deux plaques transparentes (8,10).
  2. Dispositif de présentation d'objets à deux dimensions selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (5) est constitué de profilés (1) possédant chacun un épaulement (2) de sorte que, lorsque les profilés sont assemblés pour former le cadre, ces épaulements forment une feuillure (6) sur la bordure intérieure du cadre contre laquelle repose la première plaque transparente (10).
  3. Dispositif de présentation d'objets à deux dimensions selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de positionnement sont constitués par des rainures (3) aménagées dans les profilés (1) constituant le cadre (5), ces rainures étant conformées, lorsque les profilés sont assemblés, pour recevoir le bord de la plaque (8) recouvrant les objets tridimensionnels décoratifs (9).
  4. Dispositif de présentation d'objet à deux dimensions selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de positionnement sont constitués d'un épaulement (15), aménagé dans chacun des profilés (1) constituant le cadre (5), contre lequel s'appuie la plaque transparente (8) et d'une entretoise (16) dont l'une des extrémités retient la plaque transparente (8) et l'autre extrémité forme une feuillure (6) sur la bordure intérieure du cadre contre laquelle repose la première plaque transparente (10).
  5. Dispositif de présentation d'objets à deux dimensions selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de présentation comprend quatre profilés (5) en bois assemblés pour former un cadre quadrangulaire.
  6. Dispositif de présentation d'objets à deux dimensions selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de serrages sont constitués de pattes de serrage (4) déformables entre une position ouverte permettant la mise en place de la plaque transparente (10), de l'objet à présenter (11) et de la plaque de fond (12) contre la feuillure (6) et une position rabattue pressant la plaque de fond (12) contre la feuillure (6).
  7. Dispositif de présentation d'objets à deux dimensions selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que l'un des profilés (1) constituant le cadre (5) est amovible permettant d'accéder à l'espace compris entre les plaques transparentes (8 et 10).
