- the invention applies to any type of pallet including pallets without stiffening elements or pallets in which the support elements are replaced by a single plate.
- high density polyethylene makes it possible to obtain a material which is of greater amorphous character than if only polyethylene terephthalate (which is very crystalline) was used. This improves the mechanical strength of the material obtained.
- the compatibilizing agent is, for example, that referenced LOTADER AX8900 from the company ELF ATOCHEM which is used to ensure the homogenization of the mixture of recycled polyethylene terephthalate and recycled high-density polyethylene.

Claims (13)
- Transportpalette, umfassend parallele Stützelemente (10), die mindestens Endabschnitte (12, 13) haben, die über Montagemittel an Querverbindungselementen (20) befestigt sind, wobei jedes Querverbindungselement einen Träger mit einem C-förmigen Querschnitt umfasst, der einen oberen Schenkel (21) hat, an dem die Stützelemente befestigt sind, einen Steg (23) sowie einen unteren Schenkel (22), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass, der Steg und der untere Schenkel von mindestens einer Aussparung (24) durchbrochen sind, um auf jeder Seite derselben zwei Winkel (25) zu bilden, die zueinander beabstandet und einstückig mit dem oberen Schenkel (21) ausgebildet sind.
- Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein Versteifungselement (30) umfasst, das sich parallel zu den Stützelementen (10) mit Abstand zu denselben zwischen zwei gegenüberliegenden Winkeln (25) erstreckt, wobei das Versteifungselement brettförmig ist.
- Palette nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Fläche (31) des brettförmigen Elements Nuten aufweist.
- Palette nach Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versteifungselement mindestens eine Schrägkante umfasst, die an mindestens einer seiner oberen Längskanten (34) ausgebildet ist.
- Palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querträger (20) im Bereich mindestens eines der Winkel mindestens eine Verstärkungsrippe (26) umfasst, die sich an dem Steg (23) zwischen dem oberen Schenkel (21) und dem unteren Schenkel (22) erstreckt.
- Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn mindestens eines der Elemente (10, 20) an einem Winkel (25) mittels mindestens eines Nagels (27) befestigt ist, der Winkel Mittel (26) umfasst, um diesen Nagel mittels Steckverbindung aufzunehmen.
- Palette nach Anspruch 5 und Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsrippe (26) einen Querschnitt hat, der größer als der des Nagels (27) ist, derart, dass dieser Nagel in die Verstärkungsrippe eingeschlagen werden kann.
- Palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die Querträger (20) aus einem thermoplastischen Material sind.
- Palette nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das thermoplastische Material umfasst:- recyceltes Polyethylenterephthalat,- recyceltes Polyethylen hoher Dichte,- ein Kompatibilitätsmittel,- einen Verstärkungsfüller.
- Palette nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das thermoplastische Material im Wesentlichen nach Gewicht umfasst:- zwischen 49% und 63,5% Polyethylenterephthalat,- zwischen 27% und 36% Polyethylen hoher Dichte,- zwischen 4% und 6% Kompatibilitätsmittel,- zwischen 5% und 10% Verstärkungsfüller.
- Palette nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das thermoplastische Material im Wesentlichen nach Gewicht umfasst:- 55% Polyethylenterephthalat,- 33% Polyethylen hoher Dichte,- 5% Kompatibilitätsmittel,- 7% Verstärkungsfüller.
- Palette nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verstärkungsfüller Glaspartikel umfasst.
- Palette nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verstärkungsfüller Glasfasern umfasst.
