Claims (16)
- Falzsystem
gekennzeichnet durch
einen Falzapparat (10) mit einstellbarem Überlapp (60) zum Falzen von Signaturen (18),
einen optischen Sensor (28) zum Messen des Vorhandenseins von gefalzten Signaturen (18); und eine mit dem Falzapparat (10) und dem optischen Sensor (28) verbundene Steuerungseinrichtung (30), die einen Überlapp (60) der gefalzten Signaturen (18) bestimmt. - Falzsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Falzapparat (10) ein Trommelfalzapparat ist. - Falzsystem nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Falzapparat (10) ein Falzwalzenpaar (26) enthält. - Falzsystem nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Falzapparat (10) eine Punktumadel (22) enthält, die gegenüber einem Falzmesser (24) in Umfangsrichtung drehbar ist. - Falzsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Steuerungseinrichtung (30) einen Prozessor zum Erkennen einer Falzkante (50) auf den gefalzten Signaturen (18) enthält. - Falzsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Steuerungseinrichtung (30) einen Prozessor zum Erkennen einer hinteren Kante (52) der gefalzten Signaturen (18) enthält. - Falzsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Steuerungseinrichtung (30) einen Prozessor zur Berechnung der Länge (58) einer gefalzten Signatur (18) enthält. - Falzsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Steuerungseinrichtung (30) einen Prozessor zur Berechnung eines Vorzeichens für den Überlapp (60) enthält. - Falzsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Steuerungseinrichtung (30) einen Überlapp (60) des Falzapparates (10) steuert oder regelt. - Falzsystem nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Steuerungseinrichtung (30) dem Falzapparat (10) eine Rückkopplung zuführt. - Falzsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Falzapparat (10) eine Schneidvorrichtung (11) und einen an der äußeren Schale befestigten Amboss (20) enthält, der das Schneiden der Bahn durch Zusammenwirkung mit der Schneidvorrichtung (11) unterstützt. - Verfahren zum Falzen von Signaturen,
gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:Falzen der Signaturen (18) in einem Falzapparat (10); undMessen der gefalzten Signaturen (18) mit einem optischen Sensor (28), um einen Überlapp (60) zu bestimmen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Schritt des Falzens das Punktieren der vorlaufenden Kante einer Signatur (18) und ein Kontaktieren der Signatur (18) mit einem Falzmesser (24) in einem eingestellten Abstand von der vorlaufenden Kante umfasst. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
dieses weiterhin das Messen der Geschwindigkeit (v) der gefalzten Signaturen (18) umfasst. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
dieses weiterhin das Verändern des eingestellten Abstandes zur Änderung des Überlapps (60) umfasst. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Verändern des eingestellten Abstandes durch die Verwendung einer Rückkopplung von einer Steuerungseinrichtung (30) durchgeführt wird.
