Description
Die Erfindung betrifft auch eine Anordnung zur Durchführung des genannten Verfahrens.
Vorteilhaft ist hier insbesondere, dass beliebig viele Stapeleinheiten vorgesehen werden können. Damit ist es möglich, beliebig hohe Zufuhrleistungen des Takttransporteurs zu verarbeiten. Trotzdem können kleinste Pakete gebildet werden. Im Grenzfall kann ein Stapel aus lediglich einem Druckexemplar bestehen.

Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Bildung von Paketen (8, 9, 29) aus Druckprodukten (15) mit wenigstens einem Paketbildungsfach (X, Y), in dem wenigstens zwei Stapel (A bis D) von Druckprodukten (15) verschränkt zu einem Paket (8, 9, 29) gesammelt werden und mit einer Transportvorrichtung (11), durch die die Druckprodukte (15) dem Paketbildungsfach (X, Y) zugeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die am Rücken (7) erfassten Druckprodukte (15) vor und nach einem Wendebogen (W) einer Schlaufe (S) der Transportvorrichtung (11) sich gegenüberliegend zu wenigstens einem Stapel (A bis D) gebildet und anschliessend in Paketbildungsfächern (X, Y) zu einem Paket (8, 9, 29) aus verschränkten Stapeln (A bis D) zusammengeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Stapel (AD; BC) dem Paketbildungsfach (X, Y) zugeführt werden und diese Stapel (AD; BC) zueinander verschränkt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (15) mittels eines Takttransporteurs (11, 11', 11'') einem dem Paketbildungsfach (X, Y) vorgeschalteten Lagenstapelfach (I bis IV) zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Stapel aus jeweils mehreren Druckprodukten (15) gebildet werden und diese Stapel an eine Transportstrecke (24) übergeben werden und die Bildung von Paketen (29) aus den Stapeln am Ende der Transportstrecke (24) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportstrecke (24) an welche die Stapel übergeben werden, gleich oder entgegengesetzt zu einem aus der Schlaufe (S) gebildeten Transportstrecke (S2) verläuft.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in wenigstens zwei Lagenstapelbehältern (16) jeweils aus Druckprodukten (15) ein Stapel gebildet wird und dass die Stapel wenigstens einem Paketbildungsbehälter (17) zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (15) den Lagenstapelbehältern (16) in derselben Laufrichtung (21, 22) zugeführt werden, wobei die Druckprodukte (15) für den einen Stapel mit dem Rücken (7) voran und die Druckprodukte (15) für den anderen Stapel mit einer offenen Seite (40) voran dem entsprechenden Lagenstapelbehälter (16) zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Stapel mittels einer Umsetzungsstrecke (18) einem Lagenstapelbehälter (16) zugeführt wird, wobei die Umsetzungsstrecke (18) so ausgebildet ist, dass die Verweilzeit für diese Stapelbildung im wesentlichen gleich ist wie für eine weitere Stapelbildung.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (15) von der Transportvorrichtung (11) direkt in Lagenstapelbehälter (16) abgegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (15) über Zuführstrecken oder Zuführbänder von der Transportvorrichtung (11') an die Lagenstapelbehälter (16) abgegeben werden.
- Anordnung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäss Anspruch 1, mit wenigstens einem Paketbildungsbehälter (17), in dem wenigstens zwei Stapel (A bis D) aus Druckprodukten (15) verschränkt zu einem Paket (8, 9, 29) gesammelt werden, und mit einer Transportvorrichtung (11), die mit dem Paketbildungsbehälter (17) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung (11, 11', 11'') wenigstens eine Schlaufe (S) mit einem Wendebogen (W) aufweist, und dass vor diesem Wendebogen (W) mit Druckprodukten (15) wenigstens ein erster Stapel und nach diesem Wendebogen (W) wenigstens ein zweiter Stapel aus gewendeten Druckprodukten (15) gebildet wird und dass mit wenigstens dem ersten Stapel und dem zweiten Stapel in einem Paketbildungsbehälter (17) ein Paket (8, 9, 29) gebildet wird.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Lagenstapelbehälter (16) vorgesehen sind, in denen jeweils ein Stapel gesammelt wird und dass Transportmittel (24) vorgesehen sind, mit denen die Stapel durch Ueberführungsmittel wenigstens einem Paketbildungsbehälter (17) zugeführt werden.
