L'invention se rapporte à un sac à linge formé à partir de bandes de tissu hydrophile cousues entre elles pour former une poche. Il est caractérisé en ce que le tissu comprend un réseau de mailles (4) défini par des fils (5) conducteurs. <IMAGE>

Description

L'invention se rapporte à un sac à linge.
Dans le domaine de la blanchisserie, on utilise des sacs à linge notamment pour collecter puis transférer les vêtements vers la blanchisserie .
Ces sacs à linge sont formés à partir de bandes de tissu cousues entre elles pour former un tube fermé à l'une des extrémités.
Parfois ces sacs à linge sont portés par un chariot et présentent donc chacun à leurs extrémités ouvertes, des moyens de suspension .
Ces sacs sont souvent manipulés et réalisés avec des tissus relativement épais.
Pour le lavage, il est généralement utilisé des sacs en coton qui est une matière qui résiste bien à une température importante de lavage, par exemple, de l'ordre de quatre vingt dix degrés.
Ces tissus doivent donc être facilement lavables car les vêtements qui y sont stockés sont, par principe, sales, ce qui provoque des dépôts de salissures à l'intérieur des sacs.
Outre ces salissures, par contact avec du linge sale, les sacs à linge étant stockés dans des zones de transit, telles des locaux à proximité d'un quai de chargement, ils accumulent les poussières etc ...
Il faut donc réduire le temps de stockage et laver très souvent ces sacs.
Ces lavages et manipulations nombreuses entraínent donc un rapide vieillissement des sacs qui deviennent alors plus fragiles et doivent alors être remplacés à intervalles réguliers.
Cela présente bien entendu un coût.
L'invention a pour objet d'apporter une solution à ces problèmes.
A cet effet, l'invention a, pour objet, un sac à linge formé à partir de bandes de tissu hydrophile, cousues entre elles, pour former une poche, ce sac à linge étant caractérisé en ce que le tissu comprend un réseau de mailles défini par des fils conducteurs.
L'invention sera bien comprise à l'aide de la description ci-après faite à titre d'exemple non limitatif en regard du dessin ci-annexé qui représente schématiquement :
  • figure 1 : un sac à linge,
  • figure 2 : un détail de sac à linge,
  • figure 3 : une coupe du tissu.
En se reportant au dessin, on voit un sac à linge 1.
Un tel sac à linge est formé à partir de bandes de tissu hydrophile cousues entre elles pour former une poche.
II est important que ce sac, compte tenu de son utilisation, soit facilement lavable.
Ce sac à linge est, par exemple, pourvue en sa partie supérieure d'un lien 2 pour en fermer l'ouverture.
Dans une variante de réalisation, ce sac à linge présente en sa partie supérieure des passants 10 ou des crochets pour le suspendre à un chariot.
Selon l'invention, le tissu comprend un réseau 3 de mailles 4 carrées notamment d'environ un centimètre sur un centimètre défini par des fils 5 conducteurs, notamment, faits à base de fibres en acier inoxydable ou de cuivre.
Avantageusement, il s'agit de fibres d'acier inoxydable mélangé avec un fil de polyester haute ténacité ou de sulfure de cuivre enrobant ou mélangé avec un fil de polyester à haute tenacité.
La teneur en acier inoxydable est de l'ordre de 15%.
Ces fils 5 conducteurs sont donc intégrés lors de la fabrication du tissu à la fois dans le sens de chaíne et le sens de trame.
La dimension de ces carrés de un centimètre de coté confère au sac à linge un effet anti-statique amélioré.
En outre, ce fil conducteur forme une armature résistante qui accroít la résistance du sac.
Avantageusement, lors du tissage, on place, immédiatement à côté du fil conducteur, un deuxième fil 6 de polyester plat haute tenacité, par exemple N° 18.
On applique cette solution pour le fil de trame et/ou de chaíne.
On constitue ainsi un treillis armé conducteur.
Cette solution de doubler les fils évite d'utiliser des fils conducteurs plus gros et plus coûteux à produire et qui seraient moins souples.
Le fil conducteur sera de dimension comprise entre 1/10 et 2/60 c'est à dire un fil de dix mille mètres linéaire au kilogramme pour 1/10 ou deux fils de soixante mille mètres linéaire au kilogramme pour 2/60.
Le poids de la toile ou tissu est compris entre 80 et 400g/m2.
Elle est de préférence en polyester.
Bien évidemment, un mélange polyester et coton est possible.
On obtient donc un sac à linge :
  • d'une part qui a une durée de vie plus longue car plus résistant et
  • d'autre part, qui se salit moins car la poussière se dépose moins facilement.
Le tissu est donc ainsi d'un fil de polyester haute ténacité et de fibres ayant un effet antistatique.
La proportion du fil polyester est de l'ordre de 80 % avec une résistance (RKM) de l'ordre de 37,5.

Claims (9)

  1. Sac à linge formé à partir de bandes de tissu hydrophile cousues entre elles pour former une poche CARACTERISE le tissu comprend un réseau (3) de mailles (4) défini par des fils (5) conducteurs.
  2. Sac à linge selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le fil conducteur est un fil de polyester auquel sont mélangées des fibres d'acier inoxydable.
  3. Sac à linge selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que le fil conducteur est un fil de polyester enrobé ou mélangé avec du sulfure de cuivre.
  4. Sac à linge selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les fils (5) conducteurs sont intégrés lors de la fabrication du tissu à la fois dans le sens de chaíne et le sens de trame.
  5. Sac à linge selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le fil conducteur est doublé par un fil de polyester plat haute tenacité.
  6. Sac à linge selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le fil conducteur est de dimension comprise entre 1/10 et 2/60 c'est à dire un fil de dix mille mètres linéaire au kilogramme pour 1/10 ou deux fils de soixante mille mètres linéaire au kilogramme pour 2/60.
  7. Sac à linge selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le poids de la toile ou tissu est compris entre 80 et 400g/m2.
  8. Sac à linge selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que la toile ou le tissu est en polyester.
  9. Sac à linge selon l'une quelconque des revendication 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que le tissu est un mélange polyester et coton.
