Abstract

Ausgehend von einer aus wenigstens einer Innentür und wenigstens einer Außentür (5) schalenförmig aufgebauten Tür (3) für Haushaltgeräte (1), ist erfindungsgemäß die Außentür (5) des Haushaltgeräts (1) entsprechend den Abmessungen der Gerätefront eines benachbarten Geräts (2) anderer Geräteart gekürzt und ist eine Verkleidung (7) an einem über die verkürzte Außentür (5) hinausreichenden Türteil (6) der Innentür angebracht. Die Kombination der entsprechend der Maße der anderen Gerätart verkürzten Außentür (5) des Haushaltgeräts (1) mit der auf dem weitergehenden Türteil (6) der Innentür angebrachten Verkleidung (7) führt zu einem Einbaukonzept, das einerseits auf Grund der beliebig anpassbaren Außentür (5) eine flexible und mit einfachen Mitteln erzielbare Angleichung von Gerätefronten unterschiedlicher Haushaltgeräte (1, 2) leistet und andererseits wegen der Verkleidung (7) auch die flexible Anpassung an möbelspezifische Sockelhöhen zusätzlich sicherstellt. Dabei braucht in vorteilhafter Weise die Tür (3) gemäß dem Gegenstand der Erfindung in ihren Gesamtabmessungen nicht verändert zu werden, was zur Folge hat, dass damit auch die Größe der von der Tür (3) verschließbare Öffnung des Haushaltgeräts - z.B. der Spülbehälter einer Geschirrspülmaschine (1)- nicht kleiner wird.
