Abstract
Description
An den zweiten Transceiver sind vorzugsweise verschiedene Antennen anschließbar. Dabei können für die größere Reichweite und eine jeweilige kleinere Reichweite der Funkstrecke unterschiedliche Antennen vorgesehen sein.
Das erfindungsgemäße Fernbedienungssystem kann Teil eines schlüssellosen Zugangssystems sein.

Es existiert ein Satz von Befehlen, die in zumindest zwei Befehls- bzw. Funktionskategorien A und B unterteilt werden können. Die Unterteilung erfolgt nach dem Kriterium, aus welcher Entfernung ein jeweiliger Befehl 22 (z.B. Ansteuern der elektrischen Fensterheber, Ansteuern der Zentralverriegelung, Ansteuern des Lenkradschlosses, usw.) ausgeführt werden darf. Die entsprechenden Befehlssätze können beispielsweise in dem ersten Transceiver 16 gespeichert sein und beispielsweise über ein Bedienfeld 26 dieses Transceivers 16 abgerufen werden. Dabei können in dem Bedienfeld 26 beispielsweise entsprechende Bedienknöpfe 28 oder dergleichen vorgesehen sein.

Claims (12)
- Funk-Fernbedienungssystem (10) insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge (12), mit einem einer tragbaren Bedienungseinrichtung (14) zugeordneten ersten Transceiver (16) zur Kommunikation mit einem insbesondere einem Kraftfahrzeug (12) zugeordneten zweiten Transceiver (18) über eine bidirektionale Funkstrecke (20), deren Reichweite (R1) für vom ersten Transceiver (16) ausgesandte Befehlssignale (22) größer ist als für auf den Empfang solcher Befehlssignale (22) hin vom zweiten Transceiver (18) ausgesandte Rückfragesignale (24), wobei die vom zweiten Transceiver (18) empfangenen Befehle (22) in einer zugeordneten Steuer- und/oder Auswerteeinheit (30) daraufhin ausgewertet werden, ob sie einer ersten Kategorie (A) von Befehlen (22), die auch noch bei einem der größeren Reichweite (R1) entsprechenden größeren gegenseitigen Abstand (a1) der beiden Transceiver (16, 18) ausgeführt werden dürfen, oder einer zweiten Kategorie (B) von Befehlen (22) zuzuordnen sind, die nur bei sich innerhalb einer kleineren Reichweite (R2) befindender Bedienungseinrichtung (14) ausgeführt werden dürfen, ein vom zweiten Transceiver (18) empfangener Befehl (22), der der ersten Befehlskategorie (A) zugeordnet wurde, über die Steuer- und/oder Auswerteeinheit direkt ausgeführt wird, vom zweiten Transceiver (18) jeweils nur dann ein Rückfragesignal (24) ausgesandt wird, wenn der jeweilige empfangene Befehl (22) einer zweiten Befehlskategorie (B) zugeordnet wurde, und der erste Transceiver (16) auf den Empfang einer Rückfrage (24) hin ein Bestätigungssignal aussendet, auf dessen Empfang durch den zweiten Transceiver (18) hin der betreffende, einer zweiten Befehlskategorie (B) zugeordnete Befehl (22) ausgeführt wird.
- Fernbedienungssystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere, unterschiedlichen kleineren Reichweiten (R2) zugeordnete zweite Befehlskategorien (B) vorgesehen sind und die kleineren Reichweiten (R2) der Funkstrecke (20) für die vom zweiten Transceiver (18) auf den Empfang entsprechender Befehle hin ausgesandten Rückfragen (24) je nach dem, welcher dieser zweiten Befehlskategorien (B) der jeweils empfangene Befehl zuzuordnen ist, entsprechend unterschiedlich gewählt sind. - Fernbedienungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den zweiten Transceiver (18) verschiedene Antennen (32, 34) anschließbar sind. - Fernbedienungssystem nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die größere Reichweite (R1) und eine jeweilige kleinere Reichweite (R2) der Funkstrecke (20) unterschiedliche Antennen (34, 32) vorgesehen sind. - Fernbedienungssystem nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere für eine jeweilige kleinere Reichweite (R2) der Funkstrecke (20) bestimmte Antennen (32) vorgesehen sind. - Fernbedienungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine oder mehrere für eine jeweilige größere Reichweite (R1) der Funkstrecke (20) bestimmte Antennen (34) vorgesehen sind. - Fernbedienungssystem ach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antennen (32, 34) an unterschiedlichen Positionen angeordnet sind. - Fernbedienungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die tragbare Bedienungseinrichtung (14) eine Steuer- und/oder Auswerteeinheit, ein Bedienfeld, eine oder mehrere Antennen und/oder dergleichen umfaßt. - Fernbedienungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige Form und/oder Größe bzw. Reichweite (R1, R2) der betreffenden Empfangs- und/oder Sendebereiche (B1, B2) zumindest teilweise durch die Art der Antennen (32, 34) und/oder durch Parameter wie insbesondere die Sendeleistung und/oder dergleichen bestimmt sind. - Fernbedienungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Frequenz (f1) der vom ersten Transceiver (16) ausgesandten Signale (22) von der Frequenz (f2) der vom zweiten Transceiver (18) ausgesandten Signale (24) verschieden ist. - Fernbedienungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Teil eines schlüssellosen Zugangssystems ist. - Fernbedienungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die tragbare Bedienungseinrichtung (14) der Benutzeridentifikation dienende Mittel umfaßt.
