Claims (9)
- Zapfanlage zur Entnahme von Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere Getränken wie Bier, aus einem Gebinde, insbesondere einem Keg (1) mit einem Zapfkopf (3) zum Aufsetzen auf einen Anschlussstutzen, insbesondere einem Fitting (2) des Gebindes (1), wobei der Zapfkopf (3) eine Einlassöffnung für die Zufuhr der Flüssigkeit aus dem Gebinde und eine Auslassöffnung (11) zur Verbindung mit einer Anschlussleitung (8) aufweist, über die die Flüssigkeit einem Zapfhahn (9) oder dgl. zur insbesondere diskontinuierlichen Entnahme der Flüssigkeit aus dem Gebinde zuführbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Zapfkopf (3) ein elektronischer Codeleser (4) vorgesehen ist, über den Daten aus einem an dem Gebinde (1) angebrachten Datenspeicher, insbesondere einem Transponder (5) auslesbar sind, und dass der Codeleser (4) mit einer Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung (7) verbunden ist, in der die aus dem Datenspeicher des Gebindes (1) ausgelesenen Daten gespeichert, analysiert und/oder an weitere Datenverarbeitungseinrichtungen (15) weitergeleitet werden, und dass an der Auslassöffnung (11) des Zapfkopfes (3) ein Volumenzähler (12) vorgesehen ist, über den die gezapfte Flüssigkeitsmenge erfassbar und an die Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung (7) weiterleitbar ist.
- Zapfanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Codeleser (4) Identifikationsdaten aus dem Datenspeicher (5) des Gebindes (1) ausliest.
- Zapfanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung (7) den Zeitpunkt des An- und Abkoppelns des Zapfkopfes (3) an das Gebinde (1) erfasst.
- Zapfanlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung (7) eine Anzeigeeinheit (13) zugeordnet ist, über die angezeigt wird, dass das Gebinde (1) bald leer ist.
- Verwendung einer Zapfanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 zur Verwaltung eines Getränkezapfkellers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung Identifikationsdaten der in der Zapfanlage behandelten Gebinde gespeichert und zu den An- und Abkopplungszeiten der Gebinde an einem Zapfkopf und/oder dem durch den Zapfkopf geflossenen Flüssigkeitsvolumen in Bezug gesetzt werden.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikations- und Zapfdaten des Gebindes über eine Datenleitung an einen Getränkelieferanten übermittelt werden.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Daten mehrerer Getränkezapfkeller, bspw. Gaststätten, gesammelt, analysiert und einer Planung für die Nachlieferung von Gebinden an die einzelnen Getränkezapfkeller zugrunde gelegt werden.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Planung für die Gebindenachlieferung automatisiert in einer Datenverarbeitungeinrichtung erfolgt.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikationsdaten des Gebindes überprüft und die Zapfanlage gesperrt wird, wenn die Identifikationsdaten des Gebindes auf einen Fehler hinweisen, bspw. auf eine Überlagerung der in dem Gebinde enthaltenen Flüssigkeit, auf ein Fremdgebinde oder dgl..
