Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum festen Verbinden eines Zwischenstückes mit einem stabartigen Teil eines Geländers, bestehend aus einem an dem stabartigen Teil des Geländers mittels einer Schraube befestigbaren Anschlußstück.
Aus der DE-Gebrauchsmusterschrift 299 02 846 ist ein Geländer für Treppen, Brüstungen oder dergleichen bekannt, welches aus mehreren mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten, senkrechten Geländerstäben besteht. Die Geländerstäbe sind unten an Treppenstufen oder einer Brüstung befestigt und tragen oben einen Handlauf. Der freie Raum zwischen den Geländerstäben, dem Handlauf und den Treppenstufen bzw. der Brüstung ist durch stabartige Zwischenstücke geschlossen, die an den Geländerstäben angeschlossen bzw. befestigt sind. Für die Befestigung der stabartigen Zwischenstücke an den Geländerstäben werden besondere Anschlußstücke verwendet, die einerseits eine Bohrung für die steckbare Aufnahme der Zwischenstücke besitzen, in der die Zwischenstücke dann mittels einer Stiftschraube festgeklemmt werden. Andererseits sind die Anschlußstücke mittels Stiftschrauben auf den zylindrischen Köpfen von Schrauben festgeklemmt, die ihrerseits in Muttern eingedreht werden, die sich im Inneren der Geländerstäbe befinden. Die Geländerstäbe sind in ihrer Längsrichtung mit einem Schlitz versehen, der eine Höheneinstellung der Anschlußstücke ermöglicht. Über ein solches Anschlußstück, welches steckbar und festklemmbar mit einem weiteren Anschlußstück verbindbar ist, können auch zwei stabartige Zwischenstücke miteinander verbunden werden. Derartige Anschlußstücke erfordern nicht nur zu ihrer Herstellung, sondern auch bei ihrer Montage einen verhältnismäßig hohen Aufwand. Für den Anschluß von langgestreckten Zwischenstücken, die aus einem Seil bestehen, sind die vorbekannten Anschlußstücke ungeeignet.
Der Erfindung liegt deshalb die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zum festen Verbinden eines Zwischenstückes mit einem stabartigen Teil eines Geländers zu schaffen, die einerseits ohne großen Aufwand herstellbar ist und die andererseits eine rasche Montage ermöglicht. Dabei soll jedoch eine absolut feste Verbindung erreicht werden, die auch einen Anschluß der Zwischenstücke an dem stabartigen Teil des Geländers in einer Winkellage ermöglicht und die auch eine sogenannte Kreuzverbindung zwischen zwei langgestreckten Zwischenstücken gestattet.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung bei einer Vorrichtung der eingangs beschriebenen Gattung vorgeschlagen, daß das Anschlußstück als Scheibe ausgebildet ist und sowohl eine durchgehende Bohrung zur Aufnahme der Schraube aufweist als auch mit einer Aussparung für eine klemmende Aufnahme des Zwischenstückes versehen ist.
Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist äußerst einfach ausgebildet und kann demzufolge auch preiswert hergestellt werden. Trotz dieser preiswerten Herstellung besitzt sie ein gutes Design, was auch auf eine geringe Bauhöhe zurückzuführen ist. Darüber hinaus ist die Vorrichtung in verhältnismäßig kurzer Zeit montierbar und stellt dennoch eine absolut feste Verbindung sicher. Ferner können mit einer solchen Vorrichtung sowohl langgestreckte als auch flächige Zwischenstücke an stabartigen Geländerteilen befestigt werden.
Weitere Merkmale einer Vorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung sind in den Ansprüchen 2 und 6 offenbart.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand in einer Zeichnung in einfacher Weise dargestellter, jedoch nicht unbedingt maßgerecht gezeichneter Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen

In der Fig. 1 der Zeichnung sind von einer Treppe, die von einen nicht dargestellten Boden nach oben führt, nur zwei Stufen 1 angedeutet. An jeder dieser Stufen 1 ist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel jeweils ein senkrecht nach oben ragender Geländerstab 2 befestigt, die an ihrem oberen Ende einen gemeinsamen Handlauf 3 tragen. Die Geländerstäbe 2 und der Handlauf 3 sind im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel aus metallischen Profilstäben, beispielsweise aus Aluminium, gebildet, die, wie die Fig. 2 erkennen läßt, einen im wesentlichen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen. Die die Geländerstäbe 2 bildenden Profilstäbe sind mit einer in axialer Richtung verlaufenden Abflachung 4 versehen, in der sich ein in Längsrichtung verlaufender Spalt 5 befindet. Vorzugsweise sind die beiden inneren Flächen der den Spalt 5 begrenzenden Schenkel hinterschnitten ausgebildet, das heißt, die Dicke der Schenkel nimmt in Richtung auf den Spalt 5 zu.
Zur Befestigung eines Geländerstabes 2 auf einer Treppenstufe 1 nimmt derselbe ein nicht näher dargestelltes Formstück auf, welches den inneren Querschnitt jedes Geländerstabes 2 vollständig ausfüllt und sowohl mit einer horizontalen als auch mit einer vertikalen Bohrung versehen ist. Beide Bohrungen besitzen Gewinde, so daß einerseits das Formstück mit der Treppe 1 verschraubbar und andererseites mit dem Geländerstab 2 festklemmbar ist. Gleichzeitig wird damit eine Abdeckleiste 6 festgeklemmt, durch die der Spalt 5 nach außen verschließbar ist.
Die Fig. 1 läßt erkennen, daß sich zwischen den Geländerstäben 2 und dem Handlauf 3 zwei langgestreckte Zwischenstücke 7 erstrecken, die mit Abstand parallel zum Handlauf 3 verlaufen. Zusätzlich sind zwei langgestreckte Zwischenstücke 8 vorgesehen, die parallel zu dem Geländerstäben 2 angeordnet sind. Die Zwischenstücke 7 und 8 sind bei den Fig. 1 bis 4 stabartig ausgebildet. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, die Zwischenstücke 8 durch Seile zu bilden. Die langgestreckten, stabartigen Zwischenstücke 7 müssen nun fest mit den Geländerstäben 2 verbunden sein. Dabei muß diese Verbindung so ausgestaltet sein, daß die Zwischenstücke 7 parallel zu dem Handlauf 3 verlaufen und somit eine geneigte Lage zu den Geländerstäben 2 einnehmen.
Für diese Verbindung ist jeweils ein Anschlußstück 9 vorgesehen, welches als Scheibe ausgebildet ist, vorzugsweise aus Edelstahl, Messing oder Aluminium besteht und die in den Fig. 1 bis 4 erkennbare Form aufweist. Das Anschlußstück 9 besitzt an seiner der Abdeckleiste 6 zugewandten Fläche eine als durchgehende Nut ausgebildete Aussparung 10, deren Querschnitt so ausgebildet bzw. gewählt ist, daß dieselbe ein stabartiges Zwischenstück 7 klemmend bzw. spielfrei aufnehmen und gegen die Abdeckleiste 6 festklemmen kann. Für diese klemmende Verbindung wird eine Schraube 11 verwendet, die in eine entsprechende Bohrung 12 des Anschlußstückes 9 einsteckbar und in ein Formstück 13 einschraubbar ist, welches sich im Inneren jedes Geländerstabes 2 befindet Fig. 2. durch eine Feder 14 kann erreicht werden, daß das Formstück 13 problemlos in den Geländerstab 2 einschiebbar ist und an der angestrebten Stelle gehalten wird. Nach dem Festdrehen der Schraube 11 nimmt das langgestreckte Zwischenstück 7 die angestrebte Lage am Geländerstab 2 sicher ein.
Die Fig. 3 zeigt nun ein Anschlußstück 9 mit einem weiteren Anschlußstück 15, durch die jeweils zwei sich kreuzende, langgestreckte Zwischenstücke 7, 8 in einer weitgehend beliebigen Winkellage miteinander verbindbar sind. Dabei ist das in der Fig. 3 links gezeichnete Anschlußstück 9 einerseits mit einer nutartige Aussparung 10 und andererseits mit einer Bohrung 12 zur Aufnahme der Schraube 11 versehen.
Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 4 sind ebenfalls zwei Anschlußstücke 9, 15 vorgesehen, durch die zwei langgestreckte Zwischenstücke 7, 8 miteinander verbunden sind. Das Zwischenstück 7 wird jedoch hier von einer als Bohrung ausgebildeten Aussparung 10 aufgenommen, die den Kopf 11a der Schraube 11 tangiert. Dadurch ist es möglich, das stab- oder seilartige Zwischenstück 7 durch den Kopf 11a der Schraube 11 in der Aussparung 10 festzuklemmen. Ein solches Festklemmen ist auch dann erreichbar, wann diese Aussparung 10 als nach außen offene Nut ausgebildet ist.
Das Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 5 enthält ein Anschlußstück 15, das eine Gewindebohrung 12a und eine nutartige Aussparung 10 für ein stab- oder seilartiges Zwischenstück 7 oder 8 enthält. Hier ist das Anschlußstück 15 über die Schraube 11 mit einem plattenartigen Teil 16 verbunden, welches aus Holz, Kunststoff, Glas oder Metall bestehen kann und normalerweise zwischen zwei Zwischenstücken 7 oder 8 eingesetzt ist. Dies bedeutet, daß auch bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel zwei Zwischenstücke 7 oder 8 und 16 eines Geländers miteinander verbindbar sind. Die Gewindebohrung 12a kann auch als Sackloch ausgebildet sein.
In Abänderung des erläuterten Ausführungsbeispieles ist es möglich, die Geländerstäbe 2 anders auszubilden. Beispielsweise können die Geländerstäbe 2 durch geschlossene Rohre gebildet sein, die Gewindebohrungen zur Aufnahme der Schraube 11 besitzen. Die Geländerstäbe 2 können aber auch durch Winkelprofile gebildet sein, die Bohrungen zur steckbaren Aufnahme von Schrauben besitzen. Bei solchen Geländerstäben 2 werden dann Anschlußstücke 15 verwendet, wie sie in der Fig. 3 bis 5 rechts dargestellt sind. Die durch die Bohrungen der Winkelprofile gesteckten Schrauben werden dann in die Gewindebohrungen 12a der Anschlußstücke 15 eingedreht. Bei den dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen weisen die langgestreckten Zwischenstücke 7, 8 gleichen bzw. annähernd gleichen Querschnitt bzw. Durchmesser auf. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, langgestreckte Zwischenstücke 7, 8 mit unterschiedlichem Querschnitt bzw. unterschiedlichem Durchmesser zu verwenden.

Claims (6)

  1. Vorrichtung zum festen Verbinden eines Zwischenstückes mit einem stabartigen Teil eines Geländers, bestehend aus einem an dem stabartigen Teil des Geländers mittels einer Schraube befestigbaren Anschlußstück, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dann das Anschlußstück (9, 15) als Scheibe ausgebildet ist und sowohl eine durchgehende Bohrung (12) zur Aufnahme der Schraube (11) aufweist als auch mit einer Aussparung (10) für eine klemmende Aufnahme den Zwischenstückes (7, 8) versehen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung (10) als Bohrung ausgebildet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung (10) als Nut ausgebildet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Aufnahme der Schraube (11) dienende Bohrung (12a) mit Gewinde versehen ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Aussparung (10) abgewandte Stirnfläche des Anschlußstückes (9) im Bereich der Bohrung (12) eine Vertiefung für den Kopf der Schraube (11) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußstück (9) über die Schraube (11) mit einem weiteren, eine mit Gewinde versehene Bohrung (12a) aufweisenden Anschlußstück (15) verbindbar ist.
