Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stelleinrichtung für eine mengenregelbare Zellenpumpe.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es eine Stelleinrichtung für eine mengenregelbare Zellenpumpe zu entwickeln, welche den Einfluß der inneren Störkräfte weitgehend ausschließt und die bei kompakter, dem zur Verfügung stehenden Einbauraum angepaßter Bauweise selbst bei Kraftfahrzeugmotoren eine optimale, exakt definierte Schmierölversorgung mit hoher Funktions- und Betriebssicherheit bei minimiertem Verschleiß und minimierten Fertigungs- und Montagekosten in jedem Betriebszustand gewährleistet.
Die erfindungsgemäße Stelleinrichtung für eine mengenregelbare Zellenpumpe zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß am Steuerring (2) ein Lagerauge (6) angeordnet ist, welches formschlüssig und axial schwenkbeweglich in einem Lagersitz (7) des Gehäuses (1) angeordnet ist, wobei an dem dem Lagerauge (6) gegenüberliegendem Halbkreis des Steuerringes (2) ein durch eine im Gehäuse sich abstützende Rückstellfeder (18) belasteter Stellhebel (9) angeordnet ist, der in einen im Bereich des Stellhebels (9) im Gehäuse (1) angeordneten Stellraum (10) hineinragt, und dort direkt oder indirekt flächig an der Steuerfläche (12) eines in einem Kolbensitz (13) des Gehäuses (1) angeordneten Stellkolbens (8) anliegt, welcher einerseits durch eine Steuerdruckfeder (15) und andererseits durch den direkt vom Ölkreislauf abgegriffenen Steuerdruck, der an der druckbeaufschlagten Kolbenfläche des Stellkolbens (8) die Stellkraft (F) erzeugt, belastet wird.
