Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an air conditioning or air conditioning apparatus intended to be placed in the unobstructed position of the walls in a climatically controlled environment room in particular in a cellar room used as a cellar.
  • Air conditioners are known in the form of two separate blocks, one inside the enclosure to be air-conditioned.
  • the first block contains the air conditioning function and the refrigeration unit, and the other block placed outside, often fixed to the wall, performs the function of evacuating the calories drawn from the room.
  • air conditioners of this type have various disadvantages.
  • the condenser block mounted outside can not be installed everywhere because the place must be clear, not very sunny and discreet not to degrade the aesthetics.
  • the connecting ducts can reach significant lengths detrimental to the overall performance of the installation and even to the proper operation of the whole.
  • this type of air conditioner is not a technically and economically suitable solution for creating an ideal atmosphere in a cellar and especially a wine cellar.
  • a compact indoor air conditioner by EP No. 0 756 140 is known whose condenser block is internal and connected to the outside by a double duct through which enters the flow of fresh air passing through the condenser and through which the flow of Evacuation air carrying the calories comes out.
  • This unit must be wall mounted and have an inlet and outlet at the back that are directly connected to the wall. This reduces the length of the connection ducts.
  • the apparatus according to this invention can not be placed in the middle of the room or in a cleared area of the wall as is desirable in the context of the present invention but necessarily against a wall, which thwarts the movement of the wall. air to the evaporator inlet on the back of the unit.
  • This necessary configuration is not appropriate in the case of the atmosphere of a wine cellar or cellar where the entry and the diffusion of the cooled air must be central notably for reasons of uniformity and of omnidirectional character of the favorable conditions of climatic environment.
  • a compact indoor air conditioner is also known from GB 424 985.
  • This air conditioner has the particularity of a short circuit at the outlet of the ducts and a heat exchange using water. This exchange generates a vaporization which arrives in the sheaths.
  • the present invention aims to avoid all the disadvantages of these prior solutions by ensuring the maintenance of an ideal atmosphere to the good conservation of the wine.
  • the apparatus relates to an air conditioning unit of a room or a room, including a wine cellar, intended to be placed in an unobstructed position of the walls.
  • the apparatus comprises two functional blocks corresponding to the basic functions grouped together in an independent box, simply supported or placed in a cleared area of the walls inside the room or enclosure whose laying and installation costs are reduced and whose compactness and independence allow it to be placed almost anywhere inside the room or enclosure.
  • the air conditioning or air conditioning apparatus consists of two functional blocks each corresponding to a main function is evaporation or condensation, the blocks being grouped in a thermally insulating and independent box a method of attachment or installation.
  • the hot air is discharged from the condenser to the outside by a flexible air duct type ventilation duct, and the condenser is traversed by a fresh air flow from outside through a ventilation link.
  • the work and the cost of installation and installation are reduced.
  • the installation is not related to the constraint of a particular place or a laying technique and is limited to the installation and connection of air ducts opening outwards or in a technical evacuation duct existing. It is sufficient for these links to cross one of the walls or the wall. In recent buildings or places of residence, suitable bookings exist for this purpose. Then simply make the connection.
  • this type of connection makes it possible to confer a mobile or displaceable character on the apparatus according to the invention and thus independence in the choice of its location.
  • the air conditioning apparatus according to the invention is provided more particularly, but not exclusively, for a cellar, especially a cellar room 1 in which must exist and maintain specific climatic conditions, for example a humidity rate. and the most constant air temperature possible.
  • This indoor environment is created and can be guaranteed by an air conditioning unit 4 according to the invention for conditioning the ambient air in degrees of humidity and temperature to the desired values for the intended application.
  • the admitted air can be filtered on the air circuit and if necessary treated against insects, mosses, fungi and other parasites.
  • the air conditioning unit 4 consists of two compact functional blocks or subassemblies 5 and 6 corresponding to the two main basic functions, namely an evaporation block 5 and a condensing block 6 of a refrigerating fluid. allowing after compression and relaxation to carry out the transfer of calories between two batteries 7 and 8 respectively of the evaporator and the condenser.
  • subassemblies 5 and 6 are grouped together and enclosed in a box 9, a box or other thermally insulating container to make a compact and movable unit without particular constraint or location, support or fixation, that is, ie totally independent of the configuration and conformation of the places.
  • this box 9 can simply be divided into two specific compartments 10 and 11 each provided for one of the two basic functions of the air conditioning unit 4 according to the invention namely the evaporator function and the condenser function to from a refrigerating unit 12 comprising a compressor, an expander and a refrigerant reserve (not shown in detail) to form a refrigerating machine used as an air conditioner.
  • a refrigerating unit 12 comprising a compressor, an expander and a refrigerant reserve (not shown in detail) to form a refrigerating machine used as an air conditioner.
  • the evaporation function is materialized by the evaporator battery 7 conferring on the flow of air passing through it precise climatic characteristics, for example a temperature and a hygrometry adapted to the application.
  • the condensing function is embodied by the condenser coil 8, which is traversed by a flow of air charged with discharging the calories coming from the internal environment in which the evaporator battery 7 is immersed by the heat transfer using the change of physical state. refrigerant.
  • the medium in which the battery 7 of the evaporator is immersed is for the intended application the cellar room 1 for cellar use.
  • the aeraulic circuit of the evaporator is a short circuit and direct inside the box formed for example of a single air inlet 13 equipped with a perforated protection 14 grid, mesh, sieve, filter or other and possibly a filter upstream of the battery 7 of the evaporator, and a single output air 15 downstream of the battery of the evaporator also protected by a perforated part 16 grid, mesh, sieve, filter or other.
  • This air flow circuit is a channel 17 inside the first compartment 10 of the box 9, right or at right angles, whose section is occupied by the battery 7 of the evaporator. To improve the exchange rate, it is expected to project on the battery 7 of the evaporator through a turbine 18 the flow of air taken from the outside of the device. After passing on the battery of the evaporator, the flow of conditioned air out of the box 9 in front by the air outlet 15.
  • the second compartment or condensation compartment 11 of the box 9 is connected averyliquement to the outside of the room by the aeraulic circuit of the condenser which is a two-branched calorie outlet loop 19 and 20 leading to the interior volume of the compartment 11 containing the battery 8 of condensation.
  • Each of the ends of this evacuation loop is in communication with the external environment of the room to be air-conditioned through a wall or a wall 21 by air intake and air outlet vents 23 each equipped with a grid.
  • the upstream sheath 24 is connected to the box 9 by a sleeve piece 27 whose rear portion contains a filter 28 for example dustproof.
  • the air-conditioning or conditioned air-conditioning circuit may be supplied with air coming from the outside, previously or not lowered in temperature, by an additional duct or aeration duct coming from an air inlet. external equipped with a filter for example dustproof (variant not shown).
  • the face towards the inside of the apparatus is the one on which the fresh air is projected, the outer face forms the airflow outlet of the apparatus from which the flow of conditioned air is ejected.
  • the heat evacuation circuit has an upstream branch 19 coming from the outside air inlet to the part filled with a grid and a filter integrated in the partition wall.
  • This upstream branch 19 is in the form of a flexible sheath 24 connecting the air inlet to the box in the condensation compartment 11 from which it opens on the turbine equipping the upstream face of the battery 8 of condensation.
  • the heat transfer is carried out by the refrigerant circuit and the transmission thereof and their evacuation via the battery 8 of condensation and an outward connection.
  • This outward connection is the downstream branch 20 of the evacuation circuit from the condensation compartment 11 of the box 9 to open out through a discharge port 23 also equipped with a protective grid and possibly a filter.
  • This connection is made in the form of a flexible aeraulic sheath 25 making it possible to connect without difficulty of mounting the outlet of the box 9 to the air outlet 23 outside the room.
  • turbines, fan motor fan assemblies or other 18 and 29 may be placed downstream or upstream of the evaporator and capacitor batteries as suggested by the alternative between Figures 1 and 2.
  • Evaporator condensates are discharged to the sewer or collected in a tank emptied occasionally and possibly recovered for all uses requiring demineralised water.
  • the general operating conditions are such that icing on the evaporator coil is minimal.
  • the installation of the air conditioning apparatus according to the invention does not require major work. It is enough to provide the air inlets and outlets and the air connections. In general, the air conditioning circuit is short because it works on the ambient air. In order to ensure the minimum renewal of the ambient air, it will suffice to provide several air intakes of small section distributed in the room.
  • the air conditioning apparatus can be combined with other air treatment functions ensuring its sterility, its purification, its chemical neutrality, its dedusting and others. he simply provide in series the appropriate additional module or an injection nozzle in the air flow of a product treating, disinfecting, fungicide, insecticide or other means or product.
  • the apparatus of the invention can be used in any closed room requiring the maintenance of a particular climate atmosphere.
