Claims (7)
- Steckverbinder aus Kunststoff zur Verbindung von hohlen Abstandsprofilen A, B und hohlen Sprossenprofilen eines Mehrscheibenisolierglases, mit einem flachen, länglichen Körper, von dem das eine Ende in das eine Abstandsprofil A und das andere Ende in das andere Abstandsprofil B einsteckbar sind und dessen Oberfläche mit wenigstens einem in etwa in der Mitte des Steckverbinders angeordneten Anschlagelement versehen ist, welches beim Einschieben des Steckverbinders in die miteinander zu verbindenden Abstandsprofile an den Profilstirnseiten C bzw. D anstößt, wobei der längliche Körper einen Doppel-T-Querschnitt hat, dessen mit Abstand parallele, waagrechte Querstege durch wenigstens einen senkrechten Mittelsteg miteinander verbunden sind und im eingebauten Zustand des Steckverbinders die ihnen gegenüberliegenden Profilinnenwandoberflächen zumindest teilweise berühren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der beiden Querstege (2, 3) in der Mitte seiner Länge eine Aussparung (4) hat, die die Oberfläche der Abstandsprofile A, B im Verbindungszustand im Bereich ihrer die Profilstirnseiten C und D aufweisenden Enden sichtbar macht und das thermische Verschweißen dieser Enden ohne Aufschmelzung des Kunststoffs des Steckverbinders (1) ermöglicht.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung (4) sich bis in den senkrechten Mittelsteg (5) hineinerstreckt.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Aussparung (4) über die ganze Breite des einen Quersteges (2, 3) erstreckt.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung (4) rechteckförmig gestaltet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in der Stegbreite gemessene Breite der Aussparung (4) kleiner ist als ihre Länge, gemessen zwischen den Steckverbinderenden.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Aussparung (4) in dem einen Quersteg (2) und das mittige Anschlagelement (8) in dem anderen Quersteg (3) befinden.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mittige Anschlagelement (8) aus zwei Anschlagzungen (6, 7) besteht, die aus dem Quersteg (3) ausgelenkt sind und von denen die eine Zunge (6) mit ihrer stirnseitigen Anschlagfläche (9) zu dem einen Ende (11) des Steckverbinders (1) gerichtet ist und die andere Zunge (7) mit ihrer stirnseitigen Anschlagfläche (10) zu dem anderen Ende (12) des Steckverbinders.
