Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et une installation pour la dessiccation, par circulation d'air chaud, de produits (1) conditionnés.
Le procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à placer le produit (1) conditionné à sécher dans une enveloppe (2) tubulaire étanche et à fermer une extrémité de l'enveloppe (2) par un dispositif (3) d'approvisionnement en air chaud, et l'autre extrémité de cette enveloppe par un dispositif (7) d'aspiration d'air de manière à imposer le trajet du flux d'air, au travers du produit conditionné selon des trajectoires de préférence sélectionnables pour obtenir un séchage homogène et complet de la masse du produit à sécher.
