Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Palette, die einen Trägerabschnitt, Füsse und Kufen aufweist, welcher Trägerabschnitt eine rechteckige Grundrissform mit Längsrändern und Querrändern aufweist und über die Füsse auf den Kufen abgestützt ist, welcher Trägerabschnitt und welche Kufen aus Kunststoff mit gegebenenfalls Zusätzen bestehen.
Zur Bildung von Einheitsladungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Einsatz von Gabelstaplern und Gabelhubwagen, auch mit Teleskoparmen ausgerüsteten Flurfördermitteln werden sogenannte Stapelplatten, z.B. nach DIN 15141 und 15146 verwendet, welche in der Fachwelt auch mit Paletten bezeichnet werden.
Diese Paletten weisen genormte Masse auf, beispielsweise 800x1200 mm. Dabei sind Zweiweg- und Vierweg-Ausbildungen möglich.
Eine Zweiweg-Ausbildung gestattet eine Gabeleinführung des Flurfördermittels entweder nur an den Breitseiten oder nur an den Längsseiten der Palette. Eine Vierweg-Ausbildung gestattet eine Gabeleinführung an allen vier Seiten der Palette.
Weiter sind auch Halbpaletten bekannt, die durch ein Halbieren des Längsmasses des Trägerabschnittes gebildet sind, das heisst, dass bezogen auf die beispielsweise genannten genormten Masse von 800 x 1200 mm eine Halbpalette Masse von 800 x 600 mm aufweist.
Die Masse bezüglich der Zinken der Gabeln von Hebe- und Fördermitteln, einschliesslich Handhubwagen sind ebenfalls festgelegt, insbesondere der Abstand zwischen den Zinken, also zwischen den einander zugekehrten Zinkenrändern, und der Abstand zwischen den äusseren, voneinander entgegengesetzt angeordneten Zinkenrändern.
In bezug auf die Gabeleinführung gibt es, wie oben erklärt ist, Zweiweg-Ausbildungen und Vierweg-Ausbildungen der Paletten. Dabei ist es vorwiegend der seitliche Raum zwischen den bisher bekannten Zwischenklötzen der Paletten, der bestimmt, ob die Gabeln des Hebe- und Fördermittels bei einer jeweiligen Seite in die Palette eingeführt werden können oder nicht. Insbesondere trifft dies bei Halbpaletten zu. Dieser seitliche Raum hängt vom seitlichen Mass dieser Zwischenklötze ab, die offensichtlich eine gewisse Festigkeit aufweisen müssen und demgemäss dimensioniert sind.
Kunststoffpaletten weisen den Vorteil auf, dass sie aus einem Material bestehen, welches kostengünstig und überdies recyclierbar ist. Jedoch stellen bekannte Zwischenklötze in bezug auf die freien seitlichen Räume der Palette zur Aufnahme der Gabelzinken aufgrund ihrer seitlichen Ausdehnung Begrenzungen dar, weil sie notgedrungen aus Festigkeitsgründen eine beträchtliche seitliche Ausdehnung aufweisen müssen.
Ziel der Erfindung ist eine Palette zu schaffen, welche einen erhöhten seitlichen Raum zwischen dem Trägerabschnitt und den Kufen aufweist, damit mit den genormten Gabelaussenbreiten der gängigen Handhubwagen eingefahren werden kann.
Die erfindungsgemässe Palette, wie sie in den Ansprüchen gekennzeichnet ist, weist mindestens Füsse auf, die aus Metall bestehen.
Da diese Füsse vorteilhaft die Form eines bügelförmigen Flachprofils aufweisen, also plattenförmig ausgebildet sein können, steht ein grösserer seitlicher Raum zur Aufnahme von Gabelzinken zur Verfügung.
Diese bügel- bzw. plattenförmigen Füsse können nun entlang der Längsränder der rechteckigen Grundrissform verteilt angeordnet und in der Längsrichtung der Grundrissform ausgerichtet angeordnet sein. Damit ergibt sich offensichtlich ein grösserer seitlicher Raum für das Einführen von Gabelzinken in eine Palette. Währenddem bei Ganz-Paletten ein einfacheres Manövrieren eines Gabelstaplers zum Einführen der Gabel ermöglicht ist, also das Ausrichten der Gabelzinken bezüglich der Palette nicht mehr so präzise sein muss, sind nun bei Halbpaletten Vierweg-Ausbildungen erst möglich.
Die Arme der bügelförmigen Füsse können somit vom Trägerabschnitt und den Kufenabschnitten derart umspritzt sein, dass ein jeweiliger Arm in einer der Kufen eingebettet und verankert ist.
Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand der Zeichnungen beispielsweise näher erläutert:
  • Fig. 1 zeigt einen Schnitt entlang der Linie I-I des Metallfusses nach Fig. 2,
  • Fig. 2 zeigt eine Ansicht in Richtung des Pfeiles A des Metallfusses nach Fig. 1,
  • Fig. 3 zeigt einen Schnitt entlang der Linie III-III des Metallfusses nach Fig. 1,
  • Fig. 4 zeigt im Schnitt einen Randbereich einer Palette mit einem umspritzten Metallfuss,
  • Fig. 5 zeigt eine Aufsicht auf eine Palette, und
  • Fig. 6 zeigt eine schaubildliche Ansicht der Palette nach Fig. 5.
    • Die Palette weist einen Trägerabschnitt 1 aus Kunststoff auf. Dieser Kunststoff ist beispielsweise ein HDPE oder PP mit gegebenenfalls Zusätzen, der neu oder recycliert sein kann. Dieser Trägerabschnitt 1 kann unterschiedlich ausgebildet sein. Er kann als durchgehende, möglicherweise oberflächenstrukturierte Platte mit Verstärkungsrippen vorliegen oder kann auch rostförmig ausgebildet sein.
    Die aus demselben Kunststoff wie aus dem Trägerabschnitt 1 bestehenden Kufen sind mit dem Bezugszeichen 2 bezeichnet.
    In den Fig. 1-3 ist einer der aus Metall bestehenden Füsse 3 gezeichnet. Das Metall ist beispielsweise ein Stahlblech, das oberflächenbeschichtet ist. Beispielsweise können die Füsse patiniert, verzinkt oder bromatisiert sein.
    Insbesondere liegen die aus Metall bestehenden Füsse 3 in Form eines bügelförmigen Flachprofiles vor, mit einem Schenkel 4 und abstehenden Armen 5, 6.
    In diesen Armen 5, 6 sind durchgehende Löcher 7 ausgebildet.
    Diese aus Metall bestehenden Füsse 3 sind entlang der Längsränder 9, 10 der rechteckigen Grundrissform der Palette verteilt angeordnet und in Längsrichtung der Grundrissform ausgerichtet angeordnet.
    Bei der gezeigten Ausführung sind weitere Füsse 8 und 13 vorhanden, die aus Kunststoff bestehen und hohlzylinderförmig ausgebildet sind. Der gegen die Palettenaussenseite weisende Oberflächenabschnitt der Füsse 8 weist 4eine halbkreisförmige Querschnittsform auf. An diesem Oberflächenabschnitt schliessen ebenflächige Oberflächenabschnitte an, welche ebenflächige Oberflächenabschnitte eine polygonförmige Querschnittsform mit senkrecht zueinander stehenden Wandteilen bestimmen.
    Die Füsse 8 haben somit aussen eine halbkreiszylinderförmige Querschnittsform, an welche eine quadratische Querschnittsform anschliesst. Der innere Fuss 13 weist eine quadratische Querschnittsform auf. Die Füsse 8 und 13 sind in einem Abstand von den Längsrändern 9, 10 angeordnet und sind insbesondere entlang der Längsmittellinie der Grundrissform der Palette verteilt angeordnet.
    Die Herstellung der Palette erfolgt in einem Spritzgussverfahren. Die Füsse 3 werden in den entsprechenden Spritzgussformen eingesetzt und vom Kunststoff umspritzt. Da der Kunststoff die Löcher 7 durchdringt, werden die Füsse 3 im Kunststoff fest verankert.
    Betrachtet man die Figuren 5 und 6 wird ersichtlich, dass auch im Falle einer Halbpalette die Gabelzinken z.B. eines Handhubwagens nicht nur in Richtung des Pfeiles C in die Palette eingefahren werden können, sondern auch in Richtung des Pfeiles D, da nun aufgrund der plattenförmigen Füsse 3 ein genügend grosser seitlicher Raum unter dem Trägerabschnitt 1 zur Aufnahme der Gabelzinken vorhanden ist.
    Das Breitenmass einer Halbpalette beträgt 600 mm. Somit können die plattenförmigen Füsse eine maximale Dicke von 8 mm aufweisen, da 2 + 8 mm + 548 mm = 600 mm beträgt.

    Claims (12)

    1. Palette, die einen Trägerabschnitt (1), Füsse (3) und Kufen (2) aufweist, welcher Trägerabschnitt (1) eine rechteckige Grundrissform mit Längsrändern (9, 10) und Querrändern (11, 12) aufweist, und über die Füsse (3) auf den Kufen (2) abgestützt ist, welcher Trägerabschnitt (1) und welche Kufen (2) aus Kunststoff mit gegebenenfalls Zusätzen bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einige der Füsse (3) aus Metall bestehen.
    2. Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus Metall bestehenden Füsse (3) aus Stahlblech bestehen.
    3. Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus Metall bestehenden Füsse (3) oberflächenbeschichtet sind.
    4. Palette nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus Metall bestehenden Füsse (3) patiniert, verzinkt oder bromatisiert sind.
    5. Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus Metall bestehenden Füsse (3) die Form eines bügelförmigen Flachprofiles mit einem Schenkel (4) und mit bei beiden Enden des Schenkels (4) abstehenden Armen (5, 6) aufweisen.
    6. Palette nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Armen (5, 6) eine Anzahl Löcher (7) ausgebildet sind.
    7. Palette nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füsse (3) im Trägerabschnitt (1) und in den Kufen (2) verankert sind.
    8. Palette nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme (5, 6) der Füsse (3) vom jeweiligen Kunststoff umspritzt und die Löcher (7) von Kunststoff ausgefüllt sind, derart, dass die Arme (5, 6) der Füsse (3) im Kunststoff eingebettet sind.
    9. Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus Metall bestehenden Füsse (3) entlang der Längsränder (9, 10) der rechteckigen Grundrissform verteilt angeordnet und in der Längsrichtung der Grundrissform ausgerichtet angeordnet sind.
    10. Palette nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch zusätzliche, in einem Abstand von den Längsrändern (9, 10) der rechteckigen Grundrissform und entlang derer Längsmittelachse ausgerichtet angeordnete, mittlere hohlkörperförmige Füsse (3; 13) aus Kunststoff.
    11. Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Halbpalette mit einer Vierwegausbildung ist.
    12. Palette nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerabschnitt (1) mit den Kufen (2) und den zusätzlichen Füssen (8; 13) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
