Claims (2)
- Système de réparation des revêtements d'un trou de coulée de haut-fourneau, qui a pour but le remplissage avec de la matière de réfraction ou similaire du creux (9) qui se forme progressivement dans la face (8) du trou de coulée (5), à cause de l'effet de l'action d'un canon de bouchon de trou de coulée (7) sur ce revêtement lors des opérations de verrouillage du trou de coulée (7), ledit canon de bouchon de trou de coulée étant équipé d'une buse (10), caractérisé en ce qu'il incorpore une extension axiale de cette buse (10) consistant en une chemise (11), rétractile sur soi même et pourvue de butées de limite course externes (13) destinées à agir sur la face (8) du trou de coulée (5) provoquant l'immobilisation de la chemise (11) pendant la phase finale d'avancée de la buse (10) du canon de bouchon de trou de coulée (7), la chemise (11) maintenant une bague réfractaire (12), dans une position avant de la chemise (11) par rapport à la buse (10), qui s'introduit par la buse (10) à l'intérieur de l'ouverture (9) du trou de coulée (5), la bague réfractaire (12) permettant également le passage à travers elle de la matière fournie par le canon (7) et qui demeure intégrée dans le creux d'usure de revêtement (9) du trou de coulée (5) par la même masse de matière de fermeture pourvue par le canon de bouchon de trou de coulée (7).
- Système de réparation des revêtements de trou de coulée de haut-fourneaux, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la chemise (11) a un diamètre interne similaire au diamètre externe de la buse (10) du canon de bouchon de trou de coulée (7), pour glisser adéquatement sur celui-ci, tandis que la bague réfractaire (12) a, à son tour, un diamètre externe similaire au diamètre interne de la chemise (11), et une dimension axiale variable selon la quantité d'usure du revêtement de trou de coulée, qui est en accord à la profondeur du creux d'usure (9).
