Claims (7)
- Zapfpistole (1) zur Abgabe von gasförmigem Brennstoff in einen Tank, der mit einem Füllstutzen (2) versehen ist, enthaltend:dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (16) drehbar an dem genannten Hebel (9) gehalten ist, das Halteelement (15) ein Stangenelement (18) enthält und die zwischen dem genannten Hebel (9) und dem genannten Verriegelungselement (16) eingesetzten elastischen Mittel (17) das genannte Verriegelungselement (16) stabil in der genannten Konfiguration des Eingriffs mit dem genannten Halteelement (15) halten, und dadurch, dass das genannte Verriegelungselement (16) an einem ersten Ende einen profilierten Vorsprung (19) aufweist, und zwar mit einem zu dem Stangenelement (18) hin schrägen Abschnitt (19a), wobei das Verriegelungselement (16) und das Stangenelement (18), wenn der genannte Hebel (9) in die genannte zweite Betriebsposition geschoben ist, automatisch miteinander verriegelt werden, zurückzuführen auf die Wirkung der elastischen Mittel (17) und dank des Winkels des schrägen Abschnittes (19a) und des Profils des Teils (18a) des Stangenelementes (18), welches mit dem vorgenannten schrägen Abschnitt (19a) in Kontakt kommt.einen Körper (3);einen Griff (4) mit einem oberen Ende (4s), das mit dem genannten Körper (3) an einem hinteren Abschnitt (3b) des Körpers (3) selbst verbunden ist;Kupplungsmittel (8) zum Verbinden der genannten Zapfpistole (1) mit dem genannten Füllstutzen (2), wobei die genannten Kupplungsmittel (8) an einem vorderen Abschnitt (3a) des genannten Körpers (3) angeordnet sind;einen Hebel (9), in der Lage, sich um eine Achse (10) zu drehen, um die genannten Kupplungsmittel (8) wenigstens zwischen einer ersten Ruheposition, in welcher der Brennstoff nicht abgegeben werden kann, und einer zweiten Betriebsposition zur Abgabe des Brennstoffes zu bewegen;Feststellmittel (14) zum Feststellen der genannten Kupplungsmittel (8) in der genannten Betriebsposition zur Abgabe des Brennstoffes, wobei die genannten Feststellmittel (14) ein Halteelement (15) enthalten, fest verbunden mit dem genannten Körper (3) in der Nähe seines hinteren Abschnittes (3b), wobei die genannten Feststellmittel (14) ein Verriegelungselement (16) enthalten, sowie elastische Mittel (17), die zwischen dem genannten Hebel (9) und dem genannten Verriegelungselement eingesetzt sind, wobei das genannte Verriegelungselement (16) in der Lage ist, sich wenigstens aus der Konfiguration des Eingriffs mit dem genannten Halteelement (15), um die genannten Kupplungsmittel (8) in der genannten Betriebsposition festzustellen, in eine Position der Freigabe von dem genannten Halteelement (15) zu drehen, um die genannten Kupplungsmittel (8) wieder in die genannte Ruheposition zu bringen,
- Zapfpistole nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Halteelement (15) aus einem Stangenelement (18) besteht, das im wesentlichen parallel zu der Achse (10) des genannten Hebels (9) verläuft.
- Zapfpistole nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (16) einen inneren Abschnitt (19b) enthält, der eine Oberfläche aufweist, deren Durchmesser im wesentlichen ähnlich dem des Stangenelementes (18) ist, und welche sich um einen Bogen erstreckt, der auf einem Winkel (β), gemessen in der Mitte des Bogens, von grösser als 90 Grad besteht.
- Zapfpistole nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (α) des schrägen Abschnittes (19a) zwischen 65 Grad und 25 Grad beträgt; wobei der Winkel (α) im Verhältnis zu einer Ebene (P) gemessen ist, die zwischen der Drehachse des Verriegelungselementes (16) und tangential unterhalb der Oberfläche des Stangenelementes (18) verläuft.
- Zapfpistole nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (16) an einem zweiten Ende ein Greifelement (20) aufweist, im wesentlichen parallel zu dem genannten Hebel (9), um das genannte Verriegelungselement (16) im Verhältnis zu dem Drehpunkt eine Umdrehung ausführen zu lassen.
- Zapfpistole nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Hebel (9) ein gabelförmiges oberes Ende (21) aufweist, das dicht an der oberen äusseren Oberfläche (3s) des genannten Körpers (3) drehbar angelenkt ist.
- Zapfpistole nach Patentanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Hebel (9) einen Sitz (22) zur Aufnahme des genannten Verriegelungselementes (16) aufweist, wobei der genannte Sitz (22) entsprechend einem unteren Ende der genannten Gabel (21) angeordnet ist.
