Claims (6)

  1. Agencement pour retenir une poignée (1) d'une porte, d'une fenêtre ou analogue dans une position de fonctionnement voulue, ledit agencement comprenant une pièce de commande (4) devant être installée entre une entrée de serrure (2) de la poignée et une porte, une fenêtre ou analogue, lequel moyen, agissant en coopération avec un axe (3) de la poignée, d'une part maintient la poignée (1) dans une position de fonctionnement voulue et d'autre part permet à la poignée (1) de tourner d'une position de fonctionnement à une autre, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce de commande (4) comprend des éléments flexibles de commande (4a ... 4g) pour chaque côté de l'axe (3) agencés de manière à être pressés contre l'axe (3) de la poignée (1).
  2. Agencement pour retenir une poignée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de commande (4) reçoit un guidage des surfaces intérieures (2a) de l'entrée de serrure de la poignée, qui retient la pièce de commande (4) immobile dans sa position.
  3. Agencement pour retenir une poignée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de commande (4) est retenue immobile dans sa position par l'utilisation de vis de fixation pour l'entrée de serrure (2) de la poignée.
  4. Agencement pour retenir une poignée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de commande (4a ... 4g) sont agencés de manière à presser contre l'axe (3) de la poignée, sur ses arêtes.
  5. Agencement pour retenir une poignée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de commande (4a ... 4g) pour les côtés séparés de l'axe sont formés et positionnés mutuellement de telle manière qu'une encoche (5a ... 5d) demeure entre eux pour accueillir et guider les arêtes de l'axe.
  6. Agencement pour retenir une poignée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que toute la pièce de commande (4) est en matière élastique, préférablement en matière plastique.
