Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé logistique permettant une programmation informatique de la logistique servant à commander un ensemble de moyens de transport (252) pour l'approvisionnement d'un ensemble de points de livraison (248) depuis une ou plusieurs bases (226, 254). Chacune des bases (226, 254) et chacun des points de livraison (248) sont reliés à une base de données centrale (202), de préférence placée sur un serveur internet et contenant des informations logistiques mises à jour. La base de données centrale (202) est de préférence mise à jour automatiquement à intervalles choisis pour ce qui est de la situation géographique du moyen de transport, la destination, le niveau de carburant, la vitesse, et le cap (286). Les manifestes (326) sont produits sur le lieu respectif de la livraison (248) ou depuis une base associée (226, 254) et ils sont stockés dans la base de données centrale (202). Les informations transmises concernant chaque moyen de transport telles que la capacité de charge, le niveau de carburant, les renseignements relatifs à la situation géographique (284) ainsi que les informations stockées dans la base de données centrale (202) et les informations qui concernent les matériaux (350), l'état du manifeste (348) et d'autres facteurs ainsi que les itinéraires de distribution potentiellement moins coûteux suivis par des moyens de transport performants (424) peuvent être automatiquement fournies à un opérateur à sa demande (432). La programmation informatique permet d'attribuer à chaque manifeste un état (348) tel que : en circulation, exposé, imprimé, chargé, déchargé et annulé (354).
