Claims (11)
- Heißkopfkokille für eine Stranggießanlage bestehend aus einem Heißkopf (1a, 1 b) ,der auf der Oberseite (2a) eines Trennmittelverteilers (2) aufliegt und diesen mit seiner Unterseite (2b) gegen die Oberfläche (3a) einer Kokille (3) drückt, wobei an der radial innenliegenden Fläche des Heißkopfes (1a, 1b) ein Überhang ausgebildet ist, der über den Trennmittelverteiler (2) in Strangabzugsrichtung hinausragt und mit der Kokillenlauffläche einen Ringspalt (11) bildet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heißkopf (1a, 1b) von einem Außenring (4) zentriert und gehalten wird, der an der Kokille (3) lösbar befestigt ist,
dass die Kokille (3) zur Kokillenlauffläche hin einen Funktionsring (5) umschließt, der zusammen mit dem Trennmittelverteiler (2) an den Oberflächen Funktionsflächen mit einstellbaren Rauhigkeiten bildet,
und dass in den Trennmittelverteiler (2) auf der Ober- und Unterseite (2a, 2b) radiale Kanäle eingeformt sind, wobei die Kanalquerschnitte zwischen Oberund Unterseite sich verhalten wie 1:3 bis 1:5. - Heißkopfkokille nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Funktionsring (5) aus Kupfer oder Kupferlegierungen besteht. - Heißkopfkokille nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Funktionsring (5) aus Keramischen oder Composite Werkstoffen besteht. - Heißkopfkokille nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Funktionsring (5) aus Graphit besteht. - Heißkopfkokille nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb des Heißkopfes (1a, 1 b) ein Klemmring (6) angeordnet ist, über den der Heißkopf (1a, 1b), der Trennmittelverteiler (2),der Funktionsring (5) und die Kokille (3) verspannt werden. - Heißkopfkokille nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Funktionsring (5) eine geschlossene Porosität von 0-20% und eine Dichte von 1,5 - 10g/cm3 aufweist. - Heißkopfkokille nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in die Oberseite (2a) des Trennmittelverteilers (2) eingearbeiteten radialen Kanäle an ein unter Druck stehendes Gasmedium angeschlossen sind und dass an der Unterseite (2b) des Trennmittelverteilers (2) radiale Kanäle ausgebildet sind, die an ein unter Druck stehendes Flüssigkeitsreservoir angeschlossen sind. - Heißkopfkokille nach vorhergehendem Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unteren radialen Kanäle des Trennmittelverteilers nach Art eines Diffusors ausgebildet sind, wobei an der radial außenliegenden Zuleitung des Trennmittelverteilers (2) ein etwa quadratischer Querschnitt und an der radial innenliegenden Ausgangsseite ein rechteckförmiger Querschnitt mit einem Flächenverhältniss von mindestens I: 2 ausgebildet ist. - Heißkopfkokille nach vorhergehendem Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Kokille (3) Kühlkanäle (15) angeordnet sind, die bis in den Bereich unterhalb des Trennmittelverteilers (2) und des Funktionsringes (5) reichen, wobei die Wärmeabfuhr im Ringspalt (14) über eine in Strangabzugsrichtung austretende, vom Gas- und Flüssigkeitsmedium erzeugte Schaumlage (16) erfolgt. - Heißkopfkokille nach vorhergehendem Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Teil des Heißkopfes (1b) eine um etwa das 1,5-2,0 fache vergrößerte Wärmeleitfähigkeit gegenüber dem oberen Teil des Heißkopfes (1a) aufweist. - Heißkopfkokille nach vorhergehendem Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite (2a) des Trennmittelverteilers (2) mit einem Aktivatorring (7) abgedeckt ist.
