Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft die Prozessgasaufbereitung für Tabaktrockner. Insbesondere betrifft sie eine Vorrichtung zur Aufbereitung des Prozessgases für einen Tabaktrockner, insbesondere einen Strom- bzw. Flugtrockner, mit einer Einrichtung zum Einbringen und Verdampfen von dem Prozessgas zuzuführendem Wasser, bei der die Einrichtung eine Verdampfungseinheit (1) aufweist, die im Prozessgasstrom vor dem Tabaktrockner und vor der Einbringung des Tabaks in das Prozessgas angeordnet ist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Verdampfungseinheit zum Einbringen von Wasserdampf in den Prozessgasstrom eines Tabaktrockners, mit einem durchströmten Kessel, in dem über mehrere Zerstäubungsdüsen (6) eingebrachtes Wasser in Kontakt mit dem Prozessgas vollständig verdampft wird, und ein Verfahren zur Aufbereitung des Prozessgases für einen Tabaktrockner, insbesondere einen Strom- bzw. Flugtrockner, bei welchem dem Prozessgas Dampf durch das Einbringen und Verdampfen von Wasser zugeführt wird, wobei das Wasser im Prozessgasstrom vor dem Tabaktrockner und vor der Einbringung des Tabaks in das Prozessgas in einer Verdampfungseinheit (1) verdampft wird.
