Abstract

Procédé d'obtention d'enduits, de couches adhésives ou de garnitures d'étanchéité pour substrats avec couche de fond ou sans couche de fond, caractérisé en ce que (1) on applique sur/ et/ou dans le substrat avec couche de fond ou sans couche de fond, au moins une substance de revêtement durcissable thermiquement et/ou par rayonnement actinique, et/ou un adhésif et/ou au moins un produit d'étanchéité durcissable thermiquement et/ou par rayonnement actinique, sous forme d'une suspension de poudre, (2) on sèche la couche de suspension de poudre obtenue, (3) on amène à fusion, par chauffage, la couche solide obtenue (2), et (4) la couche obtenue à l'étape (3) à l'état fondu, est durcie lors de la prise en masse et/ou après prise en masse, par rayonnement au proche infrarouge (rayonnement NIR).
