Abstract

Bei einer Einrichtung zum axialen Verstellen von Führungen für Papierbahneinzugsmittel bei Rollenrotationsdruckmaschinen können verschiedene vom Seitengestell beabstandete Fluchten der Papierbahneinzugsmittel eingestellt werden.

Vorrichtung zum Einziehen einer Bahn
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Einziehen einer Bahn gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Es ist allgemein bekannt, Führungen für Papierbahneinzugsmittel, wie z. B. für Seile, Bänder oder Rollenketten zumindest auf der Innenseite von einem der Seitengestelle einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine zu befestigen. So werden z. B. in der DE-OS 2241 127 die Führungen mittels Gabellagern an der Seitengestellinnenseite befestigt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zum Einziehen einer Bahn zu schaffen.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, eine Führung von Papierbahneinzugsmitteln zu schaffen, die an die Rollenwechslerbreite anpaßbar ist. Dabei können Halterungen so eingestellt werden, daß die Flucht der Papierbahneinzugsmittel mit der Papierbahnbreite in Übereinstimmung befindlich ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben:
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine perspektivische Darstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtung zum axialen Verstellen von Führungen für Papierbahneinzugsmittel. Zwischen Seitengestellen 01; 02 einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine sind Walzen 03; 04, z. B. Papierleitwalzen, drehbar gelagert. Zumindest an einem Seitengestell 02 sind voneinander beabstandete, in achsparalleler Richtung A der Rotationsachse 06; 07 weisende Führungsschienen 08; 09 befestigt. Die Führungsschienen 08; 09 können z. B. aus C-förmigen Profilen bestehen und wie in der Zeichnung dargestellt, auch zwischen beiden Seitengestellen 01 ; 02 traversenartig ausgebildet sein.
In den C-förmigen Profilen sind z. B. mit Gewindebohrungen versehene, nicht dargestellte, verschiebbare Gleitsteine angeordnet.
Auf den Führungsschienen 08, 09 ist eine in achsparalleler Richtung A stufenlos verschiebbare Halterung 11 angeordnet, welche eine oder mehrere Führungen 12, z. B. Führungsrollen, zur Aufnahme oder Umlenkung eines Papierbahneinzugsmittels 13, z. B. eines hin- und zurückziehbaren Bandsystems trägt.
Die Halterung 11 kann z. B. aus einer Platte bestehen, welche in achsparalleler Richtung A weisende Laschen 14; 16 hat, über welche die plattenförmige Halterung 11 mittels nicht dargestellter Halteschrauben mit den verschiebbaren Gleitsteinen der Führungsschiene 08; 09 in Verbindung steht. Somit sind die Papierbahneinzugsmittel 13 gegenüber einer Seitenkante einer einzuziehenden, nicht dargestellten Papierbahn in achsparalleler Richtung A verschiebbar angeordnet.
Das Einzugsmittel 13 ist in einer erster Position in der Nähe einer Seitenkante einer ersten Bahn mit einer ersten Breite und das Einzugsmittel in einer zweiten Position in der Nähe einer Seitenkante einer zweiten Bahn mit einer zweiten Breite angeordnet. Die Halterungen 11 können jeweils die Führungen 12 für ein oder mehrere Papierbahneinzugsmittel 13 aufnehmen.
Die Führungen 12 können auch aus gebogenen C-förmigen Hohlprofilen zur Aufnahme von endlichen Papierbahneinzugsmitteln 13, z. B. einer Rollenkette, bestehen.
An dem Papierbahneinzugsmittel wird in bekannter Weise der Anfang einer Papierbahn befestigt.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Vorrichtung zum Einziehen einer Bahn, wobei ein Einzugsmittel (13) in mindestens einer Führung (12) bewegbar angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (12) zur Umlenkung des Einzugsmittels (13) quer zur Transportrichtung der Bahn ortsveränderbar angeordnet ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einzugsmittel (13) als Band oder Seil ausgebildet ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einzugsmittel (13) als Kette ausgebildet ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (12) als Rolle (12) ausgebildet ist.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung C-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Führungen auf einer gemeinsamen Halterung (11) angeordnet sind.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einzugsmittel (13) in einer erster Position in der Nähe einer Seitenkante einer ersten Bahn mit einer ersten Breite und daß das Einzugsmittel (13) in einer zweiten Position in der Nähe einer Seitenkante einer zweiten Bahn mit einer zweiten Breite angeordnet ist. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine angeordnet ist.
