Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zugentlastung (1) für einen 1-poligen Steckverbinder (2) mit einem Flachkontakt sowie einen Steckverbinder damit.
Dessen Gehäuse (3) ist erheblich geringer bemessen als das von mehrpoligen Geräte-Steckvorrichtungen, für Elektro-Flurförderzeuge und ist insofern bisher nicht mit einer ansonsten üblichen schwimmenden Zugentlastung für die Führung eines Anschlusskabels (31) auslegbar.
Es ist eine Zugentlastung (1) vorgesehen, welche mit geringem Aufwand an 1-polige Steckverbinder anlegbar ist und aus einem flachen Bauteil mit einer Halterung (18, 20, 22) besteht, das auf der Längsseite (14) des Steckverbinder-Gehäuses (3) festlegbar ist und aus einem länglichen, flachen, stegförmigen ersten Halterungsabschnitt (18) besteht und aus einem zweiten, in Längsrichtung bis über die Rückseite (7) des hinteren Gehäuseteils (5) sich erstreckenden Halterungsabschnitt (20), welcher dieses Ende mit einem radial nach innen abgewinkelten Ansatz (21) hintergreift, an dessen Innenseite ein Lager (25) und eine Kabelhalterung in Form eines Kabelbinders für das zu befestigende Anschlusskabel (31) vorsteht.
Diese Zugentlastung (1) ist mit einer an ihrer Innenseite angelegten Längsfeder (17) in einer auf der Längsseite des Gehäuses (3) verlaufenden Längsnut (16) festlegbar, wobei eine zusätzliche Verriegelung (19) vorgesehen ist.
