Description
Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum elektromotorischen Verstellen einer Betätigungsvorrichtung, insbesondere eines Kraftfahrzeugs, mit einer elektromotorischen Verstellvorrichtung für wenigstens ein Betätigungsorgan (3,4,5) sowie eine elektrisch damit verbundene Steuereinheit (11), welche (Steuereinheit 11) ihrerseits mit elektrischen Schaltmitteln (15,16) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß wenigstens ein elektrisch mit der Steuereinheit (11) verbundenes Betätigungserfassungsmittel (19,20,21) zur Überwachung einer Betätigung des Betätigungsorgans (3,4,5) vorgesehen ist, so daß im Falle eines sicherheitskritischen Zustands ein, die elektromotorische Verstellung sperrendes elektrisches Signal von der Steuereinheit (11) abgebbar ist, oder die Bestromung der elektromotorischen Verstellvorrichtung unterbrechbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum elektromotorischen Verstellen einer Betätigungsvorrichtung, insbesondere eines Kraftfahrzeugs, mit einer elektromotorischen Verstellvorrichtung für wenigstens ein Betätigungsorgan (3,4,5) sowie eine elektrisch damit verbundene Steuereinheit (11), welche (Steuereinheit 11) ihrerseits mit elektrischen Schaltmitteln (15,16) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß Raddrehzahlsensoren vorgesehen sind, welche zumindest mittelbar mit der elektrischen Steuereinheit (11) derart verbunden sind, daß mittels in der Steuereinheit (11) eintreffender Raddrehzahlsignale die elektromotorische Verstellung sperrende Steuersignale erzeugbar, oder eine Bestromung der elektromotorischen Verstellvorrichtung unterbrechbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrische Steuereinheit (11) über einen Datenbus (17) mit einem Controller (18) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Betätigungserfassungsmittel (19,20,21) Schalt- oder Sensormittel aufweist, und gleichzeitig die Funktion eines Bremslichtschalters oder Tempomatschalters oder eines Fahrpedalsensors besitzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Betätigungsorgane (2) mehrere Pedalhebel (3,4,5) vorgesehen sind, wobei einem Fahrpedalhebel (5) ein Wegsensor s zugeordnet ist, welcher elektrisch mit der Steuereinheit (11) verbunden ist, und eine Relativverstellung zwischen dem Fahrpedalhebel (5) und einem Bremspedalhebel (4) derart sensiert, daß im Falle einer defektbedingten isolierten Verstellung des Bremspedalhebel (4) der Verstellvorgang unterbrochen wird.
- verfahren zum elektromotorischen Verstellen einer Betätigungsvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer elektrischen Steuereinheit (11) ein Schaltsignal zum einschalten einer elektromotorischen Verstellvorrichtung zugeführt wird, und daß der Steuereinheit (11) ferner Signale von Betätigungserfassungsmitteln (19,20,21) derart zuführbar sind, daß die Steuereinheit (11) ein die Verstellung unterbrechendes Signal an die elektromotorische Verstellvorrichtung abgibt, oder eine Bestromung der elektromotorischen Verstellvorrichtung unterbricht, wenn ein sicherheitsrelevanter Zustand vorliegt.
