- DE 195 12 544 C1 teaches a mobile flood protection system consisting of posts and plate elements.
- the plate elements are in grooves, which are located on the posts, so that there is a sealing Forms connection between groove and plate element.
- This system has that Disadvantage that the openings in which the posts are inserted are concreted beforehand have to be. There must also be a gutter around the floor joint seal.
- inserting the panels into the grooves of the posts comparatively complex.
- a flood protection system is known from WO 97/07290, in which Loading pallets that rest on a support structure are covered with a film become.
- This flood protection system has the disadvantage that the film Flotsam or similar is damaged and then tears under the water load.
- Another disadvantage is that the pallets do not perform any sealing function, so that in the event of a leak in the film, the water is unhindered by the Flood protection is running.
- the load capacity of the pallets decreases significantly.
- the task therefore is to provide a flood protection system make, which does not have the disadvantages of the prior art.
- the flood protection system according to the invention is very simple to manufacture and to assemble, because the plate-like elements only on the support structures must be put on. No permanently installed parts are required.

- Two support structures are preferably each one Bracing element connected to each other to form the flood protection system Brace lengthways.
- These stiffening elements are used with the Support structures preferably by on the support structures located pegs and / or self-locking tilt pins connected via the Stiffening elements only have to be pushed so that they can be assembled quickly. are removable.
- the stiffening elements are preferably used as frame-like construction.
- the stiffeners point to Connection to the support structures, preferably holes, preferably Elongated holes that are placed over the pins or tilting pins.
- the Bracing elements are not only used to connect the support structures but preferably also limit the deflection of the plate-like Elements so that the seal between the plate-like element and the Contact area is at least not significantly affected. In particular, the Deflection of the plate-like elements can be limited so that no large gaping joint between the plate-like elements and the contact surface and / or the film element is formed.
- the plate-like element is only on the contact surfaces of the Support structures placed.
- a plate-like element preferably lies on top two contact surfaces.
- Those skilled in the art will recognize that there are, however, more than two support structures can rest. Because of the water pressure plate-like element pressed against the support structures.
- the plates with a lifting stress for example Wind support, lift off, preferably has the support structure at least one means by which this lifting stress can be absorbed becomes.
- the means are preferably L-shaped elements which form the plate-shaped elements Spread over elements in the upper and lower area.
- the upper L-shaped element rigidly designed and serves as a support for the plate-like Element, while the upper L-shaped element can be pivoted and / or folded is arranged so that it can be placed over the plate-shaped element, if it rests on the contact surface.
- the surface of the contact elements is preferably, in particular, however Surface of the plate-shaped elements so smooth that there is a sealing compound between the plate-like elements and the surface of the contact elements results.
- the film has no or only an additional sealing function and essentially serves as protection against pollution and to seal the Floor joint.
- the plate-shaped element is therefore preferably made of rigid foam.
- the plastic preferably has a modulus of elasticity on the bend of 1100-1300 N / mm 2 .
- Plate-shaped elements which are offered by Airex AG Spezialschaumstoffe CH-5643 Sins under the name FOREX® E12.700 are very particularly preferred.
- the joint is sealed between the plate-like Elements and the background with a film element that on the one hand on the lower part of the plate-like elements and on the other hand on the surface is applied.
- the part that lies on the floor is by weights
- Means are also preferably arranged on the support structures which the film element secured in its position on the plate-like elements can be.
- the backup is preferably carried out in the lower region of the Panel members.
- the flood protection system according to the invention can preferably be increased, if the flood continues to rise. This increase can be during the use of the Flood protection system.
- extension bars are placed on the Plate mounting latch preferably plugged on.
- the topping bars are then covered with plate-like elements, if necessary secured against lifting and covered with a film.
- the film is preferably a 0.5-1 mm thick film, preferably made of Polyvinyl chloride.
- the part of the film that lies on the floor is covered by Weights weighed down, for example, by sandbags and thus in their position fixed.
- the film is either over the top edge of the struck plate-like elements and preferably on the back of the Support structure attached or attached by a clamping rail.
- the film element advantageously has a thickening at the edge, preferably a rope or piping on.
- Metal eyelets are also preferred on the film Attach the film attached to the back of the support structure.
- the securing elements are as Clamping rail formed, which is preferably biased so that it against the Presses film element and thus the film element against the plate-like Presses elements.
