Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'identification biologique d'animaux et de produits animaux, selon lequel au moins un immunogène défini est admis à l'animal vivant, par voie orale, par exemple dans sa nourriture ou dans son eau potable. Les changements ainsi provoqués chez l'animal sont détectés et utilisés, afin de déterminer l'origine de l'animal ou de ses produits, au moyen d'une clé de correspondance.
