Claims (14)
- Procédé de fabrication de récipients à partir d'un film (11) réalisé dans un matériau souple thermosoudable comprenant les étapes opératoires suivantes consistant à :caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend les étapes consistant à :a) dérouler une portion d'un rouleau (10) de film fabriqué dans un matériau souple thermosoudable ;b) plier le film en disposant les rabats (14, 15) du film côte à côté, ceux-ci se chevauchant éventuellement, formant ainsi un tube ;c) rentrer les bords latéraux du film qui ont été formés de manière à produire des parties longitudinales en accordéon;d) fournir une partie transversale thermosoudée (18) de manière à former un fond (19), en bloquant les parties longitudinales en accordéon et en coupant simultanément ladite partie thermosoudée dans une zone médiane de celle-ci ;e) insérer le fond thermosoudé dans une proportion correspondant à la moitié de la largeur de la partie en accordéon ;f) fournir une partie longitudinale médiane thermosoudée (24) au travers du tube dans une zone où les rabats sont côte à côte et/ou se chevauchent, en bloquant le fond et la partie en accordéon et en coupant simultanément la partie longitudinale thermosoudée dans une zone médiane (28).
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le film est plié par un collet d'une machine verticale pendant que le produit est introduit dans le récipient dans ladite machine.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie longitudinale thermosoudée médiane est de type à largeur double de telle sorte qu'elle peut être ultérieurement séparée par le biais d'une découpe médiane.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'insertion du fond et des côtés en accordéon se produit par le biais de moyens mobiles et de guides fixes de ladite machine.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le remplissage et le thermosoudage de la zone disposée au fond se produit directement dans la machine.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, après le remplissage et la fermeture du récipient, une partie thermosoudée est produite dans la zone même dans laquelle la partie thermosoudée a été produite, ladite seconde partie thermosoudée formant deux récipients pré-remplis et mutuellement indépendants.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que ladite partie thermosoudée séparant les deux récipients subit une découpe le long d'une ligne de découpe médiane longitudinale, séparant totalement les deux récipients.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'on forme des entailles le long de ladite ligne médiane de découpe, créant une prédisposition pour la séparation des deux récipients.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une paille pouvant être extraite au moment de l'utilisation peut être prévue à l'intérieur du récipient.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un bouchon ou une ouverture préconfigurés pour faire sortir le liquide sont prévus dans une partie du récipient.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le fond est inséré dans le récipient pendant que les parties latérales en accordéon sont entraínées vers l'extérieur par les moyens mécaniques de ladite machine.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le fond, obtenu avec un thermosoudage transversal, est inséré entre deux faces adjacentes qui formeront le récipient lorsque lesdites faces sont temporairement écartées l'une de l'autre au moyen de barres d'aspiration.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le fond est inséré tout en maintenant immobile, ou en rétractant, la partie thermosoudable transversale et en provoquant un avancement du récipient en cours de formation.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le fond obtenu par thermosoudage est inséré dans le récipient en cours de formation au moyen de moyens mécaniques rotatifs et/ou de translation.
